Description:This is one of the nicest villas in this area. It 's in an exclusive gated community, has 4 bedrooms, a private pool in addition to the community pool that overlooks Playa Santa Cruz (where all the cruise ships dock). Great decor, plenty of spaces to have privacy while enjoying amazing views. There is a King bed in the master, King in the second bedroom, and a double in the third. The forth bedroom is in the guesthouse by the pool. This bedroom has a twin bed and its own bathroom Nice indoor living room and a couple great outdoor living areas - one overlooking the private pool and the other on the balcony of the 2nd floor as well as the rooftop vista. Twice weekly maid service and daily pool cleaning included. Great kitchen with a fabulous island making it easy to chat with guests/family while prepping a meal (even better, use our peace of mind package and have someone prep for you!). Indoor dining room accommodates 8 easily, with some nice options for romantic dinners for 2 on the terraces. The kitchen also includes a purified water cooler (which is restocked through the week) - this cooler also offers piping hot water should you want to make a cup of tea. r nThe private pool is the piece de resistance. It has two built-in loungers right in a custom-designed shallow area, a deep area for those times when you need plunge and flexibility for sun-lovers/shade-lovers alike. If that 's not enough or your party wants to split up, there 's another infinity pool that the small gated community of 9 units shares. This beautiful eternity pool looks over Bahia Santa Cruz. It 's neat to watch the cruise ships as they dock! Nice palapas offer shade around this pool too. For Salt water lovers it 's a 5 minute walk to your choice of beaches - Santa Cruz or Chahue. If your feeling lazy after a day at the beach, a $1 taxi ride can bring you back up the hill. Great snorkeling, access to boats and jetskis, tours all at either beach. Some great restaurants at both beaches too.

Also, it is located in the most central part of Huatulco (within walking distance of the quaint , bustiling historic zocolo (town center), and just a 20 minutes ride from the airport. The beautiful beach of Chahue and the Pacific Ocean is right outside your door. There are great shops and restaurants, a super market, spas, tennis court within walking distance, too and the golf course is a just a five minute taxi ride. Huatulco, itself, is the only destination in Mexico that has Green Globe 21 Certification, one out of seven in the world. n nCasa Carolina (my unit in Sueno) is very lovely and exceptionally comfortable - in all aspects! It has 3 large bedroom suites, 2 of them have king size beds and 1 has two double beds, walk-in closets, 2.5 bathrooms, large living room, dining room and kitchen. There are balconies off of each bedroom and the dining room. Entire unit has marble floors and granite counter tops. 42' TVs and DVDs in every room and many other ammenities. In addition, there are bi-lilngual property managers onsite at all times to assist you with every need - and wish!

The kitchen is open and tiled with beautiful talavera hand-made cereamic tiles, a new Bosch stove/oven, and hand-made cabinets. Mexican tiles cover the floors throughout. Both bathrooms are tiled with Talavera and have walk-in showers. r n r nIncludes washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, weekly house cleaner, and 2 Mexican cell phones. Everything is new in the house, including plumbing, electricity and appliances. House is fully screened and each room as a ceiling fan.
