Within five minutes of many wineries such as BR Cohn, Benzinger, and Wellington as well as Glen Ellen Village Market. Glen Ellen features many fine restaurants & bars too. Walking distance to Sonoma Valley Regional Park (a 162 acre park) with trails for hiking, bicycling and horseback riding as well as public picnic areas. Description:Zen Breeze is located in Forestville on 6 acres of beautiful, green forested property near the Russian River. The home is in a special area, with several towns and attractions all within just a few minutes. You are 15 minutes to Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and the Russian River Resort areas. There are also more than a dozen wineries nearby, including Hartford, Joseph Swan and Walker Station. n nAs our guests drive up the winding paved road to the hilltop home, you will notice the beautiful forest all around the property. A nice deck is on the front side of the home, and lounge chairs, and tables have strategically been placed on the property to take in the beauty around you. n nEnter in the home, a right turn takes you into the great room, featuring a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite counters, and rich wood tones, and of course new appliances. An extension of the granite counter is the dining area. No need to hop up on stools here, it really is a formal dining area, with normal seating. n nThe living room is just off the kitchen. Hardwood floors, sofas, large glass windows all suggest comfort and relaxation. The office (just off the living area) has a large flat screen tv, dvd and cd, and there is wireless throughout the home. In addition, there is a leather sleeper sofa, with custom mattress an extra soft padding for a comfortable sleep. n nOne bedroom is downstairs with its own bathroom and full bed, and the master bedroom is upstairs, with its own two person bathroom and jacuzzi tub. There is an inside laundry area and half bath downstairs. Nature provides her natural air conditioning even on warm days, with hilltop breezes blowing through the home. SCP 387
