The home is in a special area, with several towns and attractions all within just a few minutes. You are 15 minutes to Healdsburg, Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and the Russian River Resort areas. There are also more than a dozen wineries nearby, including Hartford, Joseph Swan and Walker Station. n nAs our guests drive up the winding paved road to the hilltop home, you will notice the beautiful forest all around the property. A nice deck is on the front side of the home, and lounge chairs, and tables have strategically been placed on the property to take in the beauty around you. n nEnter in the home, a right turn takes you into the great room, featuring a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite counters, and rich wood tones, and of course new appliances. An extension of the granite counter is the dining area. No need to hop up on stools here, it really is a formal dining area, with normal seating. n nThe living room is just off the kitchen. Hardwood floors, sofas, large glass windows all suggest comfort and relaxation. The office (just off the living area) has a large flat screen tv, dvd and cd, and there is wireless throughout the home.
