Description:Our Guest House is located off of Covey Road at Johnson Lane in Forestville, CA. 95436. You can use Google maps to find it. If you enlarge the area, you will see exactly where we are located in the greater area of Sonoma County wine country. n nThe following towns are our more immediate neighbors: Graton (3 miles), Sebastopol (7 miles), Bodega Bay (22 miles), Occidental (10 miles), Jenner (21 miles), Guerneville (8 miles), Santa Rosa (13 miles), and Healdsburg (12 miles). n nOur Guest House is approximately 1 mile from Westside Road a.k.a. Wine Road. n nI have listed what our accommodations are below showing all the amenities we offer. We have dining areas both inside the Guest House and on the private patio. The Guest House does not have a kitchen. There is a wet bar. We provide our guests with cooking utensils as well as dishes, silverware, cups and glasses. On your right, the warm and welcoming living room is spacious and graced with cathedral ceilings, skylights and fan, warm oak flooring, a romantic wood burning fireplace insert, a large sectional, and two chairs with an ottoman. Spa inspired, the Masterâ,€,™,s ensuite bath features a deep soaking tub with tiled shower over, custom floral drapes and shower curtain, vanity, and a large â,€,˜,beautification stationâ,€,™,. The second bedroom is child friendly with double bunk beds, one with a full-sized lower bed (suitable for adults), vaulted ceilings with skylight, and family and child related games. n nShared but with a private entry, the second full bath has a shower over tub, and is nicely appointed. The large indoor laundry room with sink, cabinets, a wall mounted ironing board with iron, and lots of counterspace, is home to a Kenmore HE washer/dryer set and a half bath completes this part of the house. Description:All of the living at West Dry Creek View is at the back side of this beautiful modern minimalist country property. Three private acres offer a large in ground 22' x 60' swimming pool and large concrete hot tub amid gardens, emerald green lawn, and vineyard views galore, all less than ten minutes to downtown Healdsburg. n nOur guests walk into West Dry Creek View and enter the living room area, which has sofas and chairs, i pod speakers, direct TV, wireless internet and gas fireplace. There is central heat and air conditioning, making the home comfortable year round. Straight off the living room is the modern kitchen with Wolf range, Miele dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Views of the pool and vineyard can be seen from here. n nThree bedrooms each have king size beds, one being the master with full bathroom and a nice soaking tub. n nHealdsburg West Dry Creek View is well equipped with iron and ironing board, Washer and Dryer, emergency kit and flashlights, sturdy pots and pans, flatwear, wine glases and coffee mugs, pasta bowls, etc. n nOutdoors there is what seems to be an unending emerald green beautiful lawn surrounding the 22' x 60' in ground pool - great for small children playing, soccer, touch football, and more. English gardens with heather and other plantings surround the large hot tub. There are also vegetable gardens which guests are welcome to use, all the owners ask is that they do not stock for take home. For larger groups the Hummingbird Cottage is next to the Stellar Jay and Heron Cottages. Privacy gates between cottages can be unlocked and opened if a group were to rent the whole compound.
