No smoking is permitted in the cottage or anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker this rental is not a good fit for you or us. We love animals but for the sake of future renters who may suffer with allergies we do not allow pets of any kind & not even with a pet deposit. The attached photos are very realistic & depict the appearance and size of the cottage very well. Images are way out of date and don't show our property since we have remodeled and landscaped!
