Description:Heaven at the Redwoods is a truely serene setting that is a wonderful and special retreat in Sonoma County Wine Country. From the moment you drive through the gate and onto the property your senses become visually pleasured with an acre of green grass from the home to creek. The colors, sounds and smalls around you begin to fill your up with redwood, flowing water and emerald green before you. There is literally an acre of professional and natural landscaping that includes a carpet of grass, rose gardens, gazebo and meditation area, decks both at the home and at the creek, and flowers and shrubs throughout. Lots of chairs, lawn swing, hot tub, outdoor rain shower and deck complete the outdoor experience in a grove of towering redwoods. n n nThe inside of the main house is like a true redwood cabin, with lots of woods and wonderful windows to take in the backyard/creek views. The home accommodates 6 adults and 6 children. There is a bedroom with queen bed downstairs, and two guest bedrooms upstairs, one with full size bed and the other with 3 twin beds, one of which is a trundle. In addition there is a sleeper sofa upstairs and two sleeper sofas downstairs. n nThere is a detached rec room off the outside area and gardens which offers satellite TV/DVD/VHS, sofa and library of books and movies and full bathroom, designed in a way that brings that property's interior to the outside. This room is also great for showering off from the creek (great swimming), rinsing off hands from grilling, or taking a break from the sun, without having to go into the main house. n nThe many sounds of the country play in your ears, from the peacefulness of the breeze blowing through the treetops in the surrounding redwoods, the running water in Mill Creek (with wonderful swimming hole), and the many birds calling in the trees. As you look around the property you will not at first notice all the many separate and private areas the owner has created for you, from the Japanese Garden off the master bedroom, the meditation gazebo, several decks and sitting areas at the creek, a large brick bbq area, hammocks, umbrellas, tables, and games.

Description:Memories by the Sea has just been remodeled and the New swim/spa is wonderful! Memories is a large 3-story house perched on the side of a hill with unobstructed and grand views! Keep an eye out for the nesting hawks, deer, quail and rabbits roaming the hillside below. The entry level offers the dining, kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom, and game room areas. The living room has huge views, comfortable furniture and a large flat screen TV with Blu-ray and DVD's. It is a wonderful and relaxing space to catch-up with friends and family. The downstairs 2nd floor you will find 3 more bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom and a large indoor/outdoor deck area. The new inside/outside decks are expansive with spanning views of the Pacific Ocean! Bedroom 1 has a bunk w/ double on bottom and single on top Bedroom 2 has a trundle (2 singles) and sliding doors the open to the in/door/outdoor deck and is the main way to get to the 3rd lower story. Bedroom 3 has a queen. All rooms have ocean views! Take the spiral staircase down to the 3rd lower floor and you arrive at the swim/spa and another smaller deck. Even in rainy weather this house will keep you busy with fun activities between the game room and swim/spa areas! The game room is the Best in Dillon pong, foosball, pinball and arcade games may make it a challenge to find your way to the beach! Memories does have Wi-Fi and is pet friendly. A Concierge will greet you at the house and familiarize you with all the fun bells and whistles of this wonderful beach house!. Friendly reminder; This house has a maximum of 9 people day or night.

Description:The Surly Clam offers stellar Ocean and pastureland views. It backs up to thousands of acres of open space yet is within a 1 minute drive of the beach. The game room will keep the competitve people in your group the serenity of the sunroom will be a perfect fit for the quieter book little something for everyone! The entry level opens to the living room (with pull out sofa and newer furnishing) and a wood burning stove. Step up a few stairs and you are in the dining and kitchen areas. The 1.2 bath on this level as well. The garage has a game room and has a private room off with sliding glass doors and queen bed. Upstairs there are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath. The Master bedroom is very spacious with a sunroom attached with sliding glass door to small deck. The second upstairs bedroom has 1 twin and 1 double.
