Step up to the dining room furnished with a table that comfortably seats eight with more unobstructed ocean views. Convenient half bath located off the dining and kitchen area. Kitchen has granite counter tops, a wine refrigerator, and large peninsula that you can sit and eat at or just prep dinner while watching the waves roll in. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with a gas grill and table that seats four and more beautiful ocean views. The third floor offers a large master bedroom with new hardwood floors and 2 glass sliders leading to another deck that directly looks over the ocean. Relax in bed and watch the waves or a show on the wall mounted 40e2809d TV. You do not even need to lift your head off the pillow to watch the waves!
