Kitchen has granite counter tops, a wine refrigerator, and large peninsula that you can sit and eat at or just prep dinner while watching the waves roll in. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with a gas grill and table that seats four and more beautiful ocean views. The third floor offers a large master bedroom with new hardwood floors and 2 glass sliders leading to another deck that directly looks over the ocean. Located 715 Plymouth Place, the Legacy Condominium Complex is in the heart of Ocean City, you never need to move your car. Your children will be delighted because we are located between both amusement piers. Wonderland is at 6th Street and Castaway Cove is at 10th Street. We are between 7th and 8th Streets. Our condominium has a kitchen, two bedrooms (one queen, one set of bunk beds, one sleeper sofa), and one bath. There is a deck off the living room with views of the pool. Covered, private parking ensures that you will never have to search for a parking spot. There is an elevator or you can take the steps to the first floor. There is also a coin-operated laundry facility. Our condominium has been freshly painted, it has new carpeting throughout, new window treatments, comforters, and mattresses. Non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. We rent to families only. Please no 'senior week ' or 'after prom ' inquiries. DEPOSIT: A lease will be mailed immediately with payment instructions. A deposit of 1/3 is due within 5 days to reserve the week. The balance is due 30 days before occupancy. There is a $200 Security Deposit due with the final payment.
