Description:Our lovely light and airy two bedroom apartment is in the very sought after location of north La Mata just a six minute walk (downhill) to the beach and has a stunning view of the sea. In the well maintained grounds is the large communal pool (unheated) which has controlled access so it is completely safe and secure giving peace of mind for your family. There is a lift servicing our apartment making it ideal for those needing a little help getting around and street parking directly outside and close by the apartment. We are centrally situated with many good bars (some with internet access), restaurants and a pharmacy on our doorstep. There are two good supermarkets and hire car companies a short walk away. Less than a kilometre away is a tenpin bowling venue, shopping centre, more restaurants and bars and the Torrevieja Aqua Park. We are also on a bus route with regular buses going into cosmopolitan Torrevieja town centre and quieter La Mata for around ?1.30 (May 2012). Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, sofa in the lounge which converts to a comfortable double bed, fold up bed and travel cot. Bathrooms: Lovely family bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and walk in shower. Kitchen: Very new (May 2011) large fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, new microwave (Sept 2011), kettle, toaster. Living Rooms: Lounge diner with dining table to seat 6, sofa (converts to double bed), 2 comfy chairs, new (Sept 2011) flat screen TV with UK TV & radio via satellite , DVD & video players, Welsh dresser. Patio doors lead to large balcony with table seating 4/6. Other: Off the hallway is a bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large built in wardrobe. Off the lounge is a double bedroom with bedside tables, reading lamps and a large built in wardrobe. Clothes dryer on balcony. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: There are sufficient linen & towels provided for your stay & a washing machine for your use. If you want the apartment cleaned during your stay it can be arranged at additional cost. Rental price includes cleaning after departure. The apartment would be suitable for children and is partially friendly for those who need help getting around - please talk this through with us as necessary. For the comfort of all of our guests, we would prefer it if you didn't smoke in the apartment but smoking on the terrace is fine. If you have a late flight, you may want a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, cereal, eggs, bread etc. Let us know what you need and we will be happy to get it for you (for a small charge). There are plenty of towels and other linen and a washing machine should you wish to change yours regularly. There is a clothes airer on the balcony There is a lift but a small number of steps to access the building and steps to get up to the lift area. There are steps down to the pool but flat access at another entrance. Outside There are well maintained grounds and a communal unheated swimming pool with a children's area and large general pool. We can offer discounts for longer lets of one month or more and welcome late bookings. We will confirm via email or telephone that your required dates are available and then send a rental agreement and booking form to you. When we receive the completed booking form and 20% of the rental payment as a deposit, your booking will be secure. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A standard fully refundable security deposit of £150/?150 is required at key handover and returned on departure providing there is no damage.
