Just 2 to 5 minutes away from three of Orlando's most popular shopping centers, The Mall at Mellenia, Festival Bay Mall and Orlando Premium Outlets at International Drive with stores like Saks Fifth Avenue, Apple, Coach, Gucci, Macy's, Zara and much more. Also conveniently near many restaurants, bars, and cafes perfect for when you are looking great places to eat with entertainment sites like Orlando's International Drive within walking distance away. Metro The apartment is also just next to Lynx bus public transportation system with routes to all of Orlando theme parks tourist attractions and resorts. There is also a 24 hour 7 Eleven convenient store just outside the apartment community perfect for when ever you need a late night snack. Description:Price lowered herein for dates before Christmas week. Please check with me on desired dates before booking. This great little private studio in a gated community is just 8.5 miles from Disney Worlds main gate! It has a comfortable queen bed, and a sofa-turns-twin for that 3rd guest. The kitchenette has a two burner stove, broiler oven, microwave, coffemaker, toaster, and an uner-tje-counter refrigerator. Over the sink, you will find a cubboard full of dishes... pots... pans. You will enjoy free party-line phone (even long distance is free), free wireless internet, free cable. Our complex has a large, uncrowded, heated pool, a kiddy pool, jacuzzi, playground, a top-of-the-line fitness center, floodlit tennis courts, sand volleyball, and basket bal (just a 5-minute walk from the studio). The area is known for it's many golf courses! The Highland Reserve is just across the street. Free parking for one car directly in front of studio. Minimum stay: 3nights and the Maximum stay: 1 month (or more if owner approved), Must pay one-time departure cleaning fee of $30 (I pay housekeeping staff this) a refundable security/damage deposit of $100. There is a $5 per day fee for your housebroken pet (must be pre-approved by owner). We are just 2 blocks down the street from a mini-mall strip with restaurants and a large Publix Supermarket. There is a brand new TV with a DVD player parking, kitchen and washing machine also available. Great place to relax after a long day at the parks or meetings at the nearby Convention Center. Apartment is in one of the best areas in Orlando, Dr. Phillips. Peaceful neighborhood with a couple nice lakes to have a picnic or to sit around and watch the Disney fireworks show at night (for free!). Excellent location with many posh restaurants nearby - Sushi, Italian, Hawaiian, Sports Bars, Cuban, you name it! There is also a Whole Foods very close by and all the hot spots on International Drive so lots to do day and night. Wal-Mart is within walking distance. Disney and Universal Studios are just a 15 minute drive! Seaworld and Premium Outlets are a short drive (about 15 minutes), the outlets are great for shopping and getting deals on designer brands like Coach, Burberry, Nike, etc. Great, convenient location very close to I-4, which will get you to any place around Orlando in a matter of minutes! There is also a city bus (Lynx) that stops in front of the neighborhood. This is an excellent place to live while visiting Orlando!
