The alfresco dining area is a superb place to have breakfast or lunch, where you can sit under the large umbrella and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea while you eat. There is plenty to do in the area. Cora Bay is a 3km drive with its bars, restaurants and beautiful beach. Horse riding, go-karting, crazy golf, water park are all nearby. A car is recommended to get around during the day and there are 3 taxi offices in Coral Bay with good rates if you fancy a drink in the evenings leaving the driving to someone else. Description:Our 1000 sf (93m) 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment is situated in Tala, a traditional Greek Cypriot village which is surrounded by elegant private villa 's and small apartment buildings. n nOur large covered verandah overlooks a valley with stunning 180 degree panoramic views of the Paphos coastline & Mediterranean. n nIn the village square there are a number of restaurants, taverna 's and two grocery stores. These are just an easy 5 minute stroll away. A British deli, chemist and laundry are also just minutes walk away. n nThe apartment is managed by a British couple who will meet/greet you when you arrive at the apartment. If you have any questions or problems during your stay, do not hesitate to contact them. They are there to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. n nIncluded in your rental is a complimentary Welcome Pack (for stays of 7 nights or more) which has basic staples such as bread, milk, eggs, butter, tea, coffee and sugar.. n nA lift/elevator will take you to our spacious 4th floor apartment which is part of Tala Hills 1. n nWe have furnished the entire apartment to a very high standard with imported furniture, furnishings and artworks. n nThe lounge and dining area are bright, open and airy. n nThe lounge has a custom made sofa which converts to a full and comfortable double bed. There are also two large rattan chairs, a large coffee table, two side tables and a floor rug. The lounge can comfortably seat in excess of 6 people and the entire living space is great for entertaining n nThe entertainment system has a large flat screen T.V.and a dvd/cd/vhs combo player. n nThe dining area is spacious and furnished with a Georgian style table and six upholstered chairs. n nAdjacent to the lounge / dining room is a separate, well designed and fully equipped kitchen which includes a washing machine, a dishwasher. as well as a fridge/freezer, oven, counter top hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There is of course, cutlery, china and glasswares together with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. n nA hallway leads to the fully tiled and bright bathroom (bath/shower combo) as well as the large master bedroom and the second double bedroom. n nBoth bedrooms are furnished with imported furniture including the beds/mattresses as well as bedside tables and dressers with mirrors. A hair dryer is in each bedroom. The master bedroom also has an electric alarm clock. Both bedrooms have floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes. n nThe lounge and the master bedroom lead onto the large covered verandah where you have the most stunning views of Paphos and the Mediterranean. On the verandah is a table with 6 chairs. Here you can sit and enjoy the views and the sounds of song birds as you enjoy your breakfast. During the evening enjoy the many magnificent sunsets as you sip a nice glass of wine. n nDuring the cooler months, the air conditioning units convert to heaters. n nThere is a large swimimng pool which is surrounded by well groomed gardens and grounds. Sunbeds are supplied. but bring your own beach towels as these are not supplied. Showers and wc are located by the pool. n nFor your convenience we have had a safe installed. n nTo get the most pleasure from your trip, we do recommend that you hire a car. There is ample private off road parking. at Tala Hills 1 . n nIf you hire a vehicle, then this can be picked up and dropped off at the airport. n nBy car from/to Paphos airport is an approx 25 to 30 minute drive. From/to Larnaca airport is approx 75 to 90 minutes. Full directions from either Paphos or Larnaca airport can be forwarded to you once a booking has been completed. n nIt is about an 10 to 15 minute drive to the beaches and the town of Paphos with its historic harbour & sites, shops, restaurants, market, supermarkets and banks. n nThree 18 hole championship international golf courses are within an easy drive of the apartment. The nearest (Tsada) is an approx 15 minute drive away. n nIf you do not decide to rent a car then : n n- Taxis are reasonable. Recently, guests stayed at the apartment and they only used taxis. n nThey said that the drivers were all friendly, helpful and punctual. Approx cost from Paphos airport to the apartment Euro 40. From or to the town of Paphos, approx Euro 10 each way. n n- There is a bus service (daytime only) from Tala into Paphos which runs Monday through Friday and Saturday morning. There is no service on Sundays. From the Paphos main bus terminal you can then connect to other destinations. n nTala Village square is literally a 5 minute level walk from the apartment. There are numerous restaurants, taverna 's and two smal convenience stores (called Kiosks). n n n n n n n n n

A separate external shower room with w/c sits along side the property allowing you to freshen up without having to enter the villa. Bedrooms: All 3 bedrooms are on same ground level so great if you have children & also if your guests are elderly as their mobility will not be obstructed.The Master bedroom has a stylish King size bed, hair dryer provided. Bathrooms: There is a double en-suite shower room off Master bedroom & second bathroom that is fully tiled, towels will be provided. There is also a 3rd external purpose built shower room with w/c at side of pool area. Kitchen: There is a separate kitchen area which is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy indoor cuisine! Fitted units adorn all you require for your cooking needs, with adequate crockery, cutlery, pans etc. Living Rooms: The lounge area is fabulous with super 42? flat screen TV/DVD player with Sat Free View TV & full surround sound system, leather sofas offer maximum comfort and walls and internal décor are completed with ornate cornices. Lounge view across pool. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Bath & pool towels will be provided, mid week laundry change offered on a 2 week stay. Booking notes A deposit of 25% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque (extra time is needed for funds to clear if payment is made by cheque) and bank transfer.
