The centre of Peyia village is within a short few minutes walk, where there are several bars, tavernas, restaurants, take-aways, shops, banks, supermarkets and other amenities.There’s a well equipped kitchen with an American fridge/freezer, full air conditioning/central heating and an open gas fire in the lounge offering year-round comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. It is very well equipped, with comfortable furniture, Freeview Internet TV, DVD player, a radio-CD player and wireless Internet access. The villa is light and airy but due to traditional construction, the villa is cool in the summer and warmer in the winter months.The private and landscaped gardens surround a fantastic infinity pool offering views over Coral Bay and the coastline from Sea Caves to Paphos. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have large balconies with wonderful views and the public rooms have several patio doors onto the large stone patio and pool area.Although there is a separate dining area through the lounge, the kitchen also has table and chairs and on the patio, immediately outside the kitchen, there is an additional set of table and chairs when sitting by the pool, in the shade. Main and double bedrooms each have a large balcony with table and chairs with panoramic mountain and sea views. There is also a private BBQ to enjoy, in the patio and pool area.The gardens are landscaped and private. There are front, side and rear gardens.
