Description:Mariapia The Villa is a house built on a rock wall above the sea. Has large terraces, where you can enjoy views of the bay. The house is very close to the beach of Praiano and is easy to reach on foot, we have also direct access to the sea by steps and through our ladder on the wharf. Furthermore, there is a cave in the cliff tha you can reach also by swimming, we have very closed a nightclub and lot a restaurant characteristic and famous near the sea. The sea is below the terraces and, if desired, you can dive in, literally. Indeed, the terraces have been used in recent years to take the championship by International Diving from great heights. The two apartments Villa MariaPia A and villa MariaPia B have the same level and can be unite together.Villa Maria Pia A is about 70 square meters with large terraces of 40 sq meters on sea view. There are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lunch/dining area in a kitchen room, you can stay in relax on the terrace with table and chairs under Gazebo, you can enjoy breakfast or lunch outdoors under the stars. One of the bedrooms has a large terrace. The villa Mariapia A and B are at the same level. Your stay at Villa Mariapia will let you enjoy a party in a natural environment of extreme beauty and you will also be a convenient point to visit Capri Positano Pompeii, Paestum, Naples and other Village of Amalfi coast. If you like hiking in the area you will find walkway that are famous for it extraordinary sight, such as said Path of the Gods. The unit A is about 70 square meters. A stroll of five to seven minutes takes you into the historic city of Vittoriosa (Birgu), where there are local provisions shops, and a bakery which is a living museum of a kind. A similar stroll along the marina waterfront delivers you to a parade of wonderful restaurants open for both lunch and dinner. Diving is a possibility and can be arranged with local diving teachers. Local boats can transport you to Sliema and to Valletta, or alternatively the buses are close by.
