The villa is a restored paper mill that was converted a long time ago, like many others in the area, into two large private apartments. The views from the house are magnificent, the water is just below the property, with private access to the sea and three large private terraces, each equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas. There are several apartments above this house inhabited by permenant residents, while the two large units represented here [can be rented separately or as one large apartment] are joined by a double bedroom.
