Description:Come stay on 30A in Old Seacrest Beach, where old fashioned, small town ways still exist in this fabulous brand new Key West inspired home we call Belle Grove. nBelle Grove is located one mile west of Rosemary Beach, convenient for biking on the paths to Alys and Rosemary Beach(we are in between Rosemary and Seagrove). After a day on the sugar white sands of the beach, come up and relax in your own private 15 X 40 heated pool with patio furniture and tables for relaxing, BQing and eating. Let the kids swim while you grill dinner. After dinner, pull out the cue sticks and challenge someone to a game of 8 ball on the Olhausen 8 ' Pool Table. nEveryone can spread out in the five large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa , where the kids can hang out in their own space. The living room is also equipped with an awesome Large Screen TV, great for watching sporting events and movies. The home has 10 ft. ceilings on both levels giving it an even more spacious feeling...not like you need...it 's BIG nDownstairs, there are two master suites with king beds. Another bedroom downstairs has two queen beds. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a king bed and our kids bunkroom has four sets of bunk beds. The house sleeps 20. Our on-demand hot water Rinnai system allows all 20 guests an endless supply of hot showers. nEveryone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining room table seating 12, plus a large bar separating the kitchen and living room, plus a breakfast nook/game table. You 'll love the open floor plan upstairs, with the living room, kitchen, and dining room offering gulf views. The kitchen/ dining/ den area is over 1500 sq. ft. We have had over 18 people in the room with room to spare. Great place to have families gathered in one place with one purpose....having FUN. nThere are gorgeous stained concrete floors downstairs, and beautiful travertine upstairs. The custom kitchen is warm and inviting with pine cabinets, double ovens and gas cooktop, all stainless appliances. In our area people ride bikes and walk/run more than they ride in cars. The pool can be heated for your enjoyment for an additional charge. nYour located in a perfect spot. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the busy area of Seaside or Rosemary then you can RETREAT home back to the peace and quiet of Belle Grove. nOur guest have a lot to say in the reviews about the peaceful environment. nWe walk to the beach pulling the homes yellow wagon with it stuffed with beach toys (let overs from renters) and it takes nFOUR MINUTES and 15 SECONDS to the beach. Walk each afternoon for the best OMG sunsets in the world.. The beaches have so few people it 's like having your own private beach It is private by the way for about a dozen homes.
