The only apartment on the 1st floor (with elevator) of the building, the front door opens onto a hallway lined with built-in closets for plenty of storage. Down the right side you will find a bathroom with separate WC, the first bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, and the large master bedroom nestled on the courtyard side of the building for quiet nights. Down the other side of the hall, through another door and pass the second bathroom with separate WC, is the open plan kitchen and large living area.
