A large utility room off the kitchen has a washer & dryer for your use, plus additional counter space and a tiled utility sink. n nEach room has its own a/c controls and room-darkening curtains for privacy and sleeping in. Floors are tile and decorative Mexican tile has been used throughout the house, giving a blend of traditional Hacienda decor with modern convenience. n nFor entertainment, there is Dish Network from the USA with 120 channels from the sattelite. Or a short walk into town gives vacationers a wide choice of restaurants, souvenier shops, or people watching on the town square, which is equipped with swings and slides for the young ones and plenty of benches for adults. We are 4 blocks from town and walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Just across the street from the beach. Cancun to the North and Playa Del Carmen just south of are two major towns. Cancun International Airport is 20 minutes drive from Casa Mermaid. r n r nCasa Mermaid has four very large bedrooms, each with a private bath, air-conditioning, (A/C in bedrooms only) TV, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and Ocean or Garden View.
