Payment Policy All rates are quoted in US Dollars. • Generally speaking, our standard, non-holiday nightly rate falls between $100 and $165 USD per person per night requiring a minimum of 10 guests. • Initial reservation deposit of $1, 550 USD is required to make a reservation. The initial reservation deposit ($1, 550 USD) eventually turns into security deposit. Up to $1, 500 USD of the security deposit will be refunded (less applicable damage deductions) within ten business days of departure. • First 50% of reservation total required within 15 days of making initial reservation deposit. • Remaining 50% of reservation total due 60 days prior to arrival. • All reservation payments are non-refundable (with exception of security deposit). • Accepted reservation payment methods include credit cards via Paypal (additional fee may apply), personal or corporate checks drawn on US or Canadian banks, or bank to bank wire transfers to U.S., Mexican, or Canadian banks. Cancellation Policy • If a cancellation is inevitable, owners will make every attempt to credit some portion of reservation payments received to date towards a future reservation, however, new reservation must be serviced within one year of cancellation. If any credit is issued, amount will be determined at owners’ sole discretion. • Taninah, its owners, and/or administrators may, at their discretion, refund reservation payments ONLY if the same exact rental dates are sold to another party. Refund amount will be determined based on particulars of the cancellation as well as rebooking of dates in question, however, a minimum cancellation fee of $500 USD will apply to all cancellations. Rules • See property web site for complete set of rules. • Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. • If 50% of reservation total has not been received within 15 days of receiving initial reservation deposit, reservation may be cancelled without right to a refund. • If reservation balance payment (due 60 days prior to arrival) is not received at least 60 days prior to arrival, reservation may be cancelled without right to a refund. Balance payment will/can be adjusted to reflect changes in anticipated number of guests. • All reservation payments are non-refundable (with the exception of security deposit as stated above). • No refunds provided for inoperable appliances, faulty equipment, unfavorable weather, interruption of utilities, early departure, and/or unexpected maintenance issues. • Occupancy is strictly restricted to the number of guests listed on reservation agreement. At no time can unlisted persons visit or occupy the property without prior written consent by the owner. Violations of these occupancy conditions will be grounds for immediate eviction without right to a refund. • Illicit drugs are strictly prohibited. Possession, use, or bringing illicit drugs on to property is cause for immediate eviction without right to a refund. • Taninah, its owners, and/or administrators will not be held responsible for servicing and/or refunding reservations affected by acts of God, terrorism, wildfires, accidental fire, lightning strikes, or any other major cause outside the owner’s immediate control. For this reason, we implore guests to acquire adequate travel/trip insurance through a reputable travel/trip insurance provider. • Failure to acquire adequate travel/trip insurance could result in total loss of reservation monies paid to date.
