Casa Cielo is a four bedroom, four and half bath beachfront villa which highlights a traditional Mexican colonial design style, including a high brick dome over the living area. The design focuses on the incredible views, white sand beach and bright blue swimming pool. The villa offers approximately 5,000 square feet over two levels and can very comfortably accommodate up to nine guests. The entire villa is cooled by central air conditioning. GENERAL LAYOUT: The main level of Casa Cielo is a bright and open space which leads from the garden side main entry through to the beach side swimming pool and patio area. Included on the main level are the full kitchen, well equipped for cooking and entertaining, breakfast bar with swivel bar stools, dining area with seating for eight. The main living area is well furnished with over sized chairs and ottomans and a large built in sectional sofa. From the main living area, access the large pool area. The pool area is also furnished for comfortable outdoor living.From the kitchen you can enjoy a full ocean view, or a cool and shady garden view from a large bay window located in the kitchen area. Also on the main level is a very spacious master suite with private terrace and ocean view. The main level master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a large private bath with oversized shower, soaking tub and double vanity. For your enjoyment, the main level master suite is equipped with satellite television and DVD Player. The upper level houses three bedrooms. The second, equally spacious master suite is here, also with beachside terrace, large bath and incredible ocean view. The third bedroom, a guest room, is furnished with two single beds and enjoys an ocean view. The fourth bedroom is furnished with one queen size bed with nice view overlooking the garden. The rooftop terrazzo is complete with built in seating and makes an excellent setting for evening drinks, taking in the view and watching the stars. South Akumal enjoys one of the most perfect beaches in the area. A long stretch of white sandy runs the length of the bay. Description:**Spring Sale - $2400/week!!! You can't get closer to the beach than this brand new 2100 sq. ft. house. The private patio will leave you speechless! This 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath ranch is the vacation home that you've dreamed about. Past guests have commented that the biggest decision of the day was which lounge chair to sit in! The house is also perfect for families as Dad and Mom can sit and relax on the patio while watching the children play in the ocean or on the beach. The gourmet kitchen has granite counters and a dishwasher. Spacious dining area with seating for 10. Each large bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom and a/c. One of the bedrooms also has a twin size bunk bed with trundle. Master bedroom has a separate couch with chaise and the bathroom has a jetted tub. House also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. It is newly furnished and kid friendly. Our home is very secure and within the bounds of a small gated condo complex Casita Blanca (18 condos 2 houses total). The house was once a beachfront restaurant for the condos but was recently gutted and completely rebuilt. We have full time security and concierge on site. Courteous on-site staff provides bi-weekly cleaning. Casita Blanca management speaks English and is extremely helpful. A personal cook is available for an additional fee. n nThe Reef National Park is the second largest reef in the world and is located 1/2 mile off of the shore. Snorkeling tours are available in town. Snorkeling right off of the beach is excellent as well. Kite boarding is a popular past time here due to the protected calm waters that the reef provides. When in need, Pina Coladas and other cold drinks are only a short walk away at Sarah's Beach Bar. Other activities - horseback riding, ATVing, fishing trips, zip lines, cenotes and many archaeological ruins to explore. n nPuerto Morelos is a quiet fishing village that is 30 minutes south of Cancun. It has a small grocery store, lovely Canadian book store, many delightful restaurants and an ATM. This property is located approximately 2/3 mile from the town of Puerto Morelos.
