Walls are filled with original artwork and collections from around the world. The LIVING ROOM is furnished with a large daybed, two lounge chairs, and ample lighting. Amenities include TV with cable service, D.V.D. player, VCR, and CD player. The DINING AREA has a table and four chairs. The fully equipped KITCHEN includes a full range (cooker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and blender. Cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware & cutlery, serving dishes, baking pans, spices, oil/vinegar and other basic necessities are all included. In the BEDROOM are two firm allergy free extra firm foam single size beds (which can be made separately or with a king size common top sheet/blanket combination) multiple changes of bed linens, blankets and towels, plus a dresser and ample closet space. There is a private, FULL BATHROOM with shower. The suite can accommodate up to four people. Private telephone line and Wi Fi (wireless) connection are available for your computer. Our own fax machine is also available for your use. We request that there be no smoking inside the Suite, but guests may smoke outside in the lovely garden. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit. This beautifully appointed apartment, with views, provide guests with a sophisticated eclectic setting. Description:Sleep Over Sauce is what we call an Urban Guest House. Brother's Trip, Nathan and Matthew Hosley and Chef Ben Paula who own Sauce restaurant now operate the 9 room Inn upstairs as well. “Boutique Hotel” sounds a little frilly and we aren’t exactly a B&B, a hotel or a motel. Sleep Over Sauce is eight guest rooms above our award winning restaurant Sauce that can be rented individually or as a group. We offer a great little spot for your company or family to gather in San Francisco with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, a business center and an awesome common area for gathering or relaxing. Don’t waste any time looking for a front desk, there isn’t one, the bartender at Sauce has everything you need. This listing is for our standard room. These rooms all have private, attached bathrooms, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with over sized comforters, plush towels and bedding and cable tv. Located at 131/135 Gough Street, we are in the bustling Hayes Valley neighborhood, with excellent shopping and dining, as well as easy access to public transportation or a short walk to the Civic Center. The Opera, Ballet, Symphony, Asian Art Museum and City Hall are just a few blocks from our door. The Mission is a 5 minute walk and The Castro and The Haight are just a couple MUNI stops away, or if you prefer you can go straight down the tracks to the Ferry Building and Fisherman’s Warf. There is no better home base for exploring San Francisco and you might never even leave Hayes Valley! We have different rooms for different amounts, ranging from $125 for our smallest room to $230 for a double room suite or $1200 a night for all 9 rooms. Room Night Cancellations: Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Due to our small size, cancellations do affect us significantly. Once we reserve a room for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. Services close by and Parking: There is a laundry mat across the street as well as a Live Fit gym just a block away with $10 daily membership plus all the shopping (including two small markets) in Hayes Valley. There is an ATM at the convienence store on the corner, as well as a Bank Of America about 2 blocks away. MUNI busses and Trains are a block in any direction and the Civic Center Bart stop is about a 10 minute walk (no hills) We do not have parking, but there are 4 lots close by. We are unaffiliated with the lots, who's charges range from $10 for 12 hours to $22 a day. The Parking garage on Grove and Gough offers an overnight special, no ins and outs from 9 pm 8 am for $5.00. The surface lots are located as follows: One is on Oak and Frankiln, one is on Hayes and Octavia, and there are two (on opposite corners) on Grove and Gough

Description:The Pacific Studio is an oasis of tranquility in one of San Francisco's most prestigious neighborhoods. The studio is in a classic Pacific Heights building and features a view onto a professionally landscaped garden. The dynamic shopping and dining area of upper Fillmore is only a block away yet at the same time, the studio itself is very quiet. The location of the property is very central and also just one block away from public transportation. You will enter the building lobby and climb the stairs to the second floor. As you enter the studio, you will find a Queen sized bed, a dining table, and a desk. There is a full bank of windows in the bedroom overlooking a beautiful garden. There is a separate and fully stocked kitchen adjacent to the bedroom. At the end of the hall there is a full bathroom that does include a bathtub. The unit has a deck that is shared with one other unit and any guest also has access to the garden. There is a coin operated laundry in the basement. The amenities include cable, internet, all utilities in addition to linens and cooking equipment. Our Pacific Studio is perfect for a couple or individuals who require an extended stay in San Francisco. The great natural light, comfortable furnishings, and excellent location make our Pacific Studio a good choice for any visitor.

This is a great alternative to a hotel stay with your own private kitchen, private bathroom and internet access. We are 5 blocks from Union Square, close to the cable cars, Theatre District and other world famous tourist destinations. This is a furnished studio apartment with new hardwood floors, updated kitchen, updated bathroom and charming details throughout. It comes completely furnished with a full size bed, desk & chair, TV/DVD player etc. The kitchen has a gas stove, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes etc. The rent includes all of the utilities, basic cable television and high speed internet through a cable modem. There is a parking lot one block away and they rent spaces for about $250/month. If you really want to be a tourist, take a walk to the Cliff House for dinner. I own the building, The apartment is located in a 2 unit building, the other apartment is occupied by a retired school teacher and his wife, they both take care of my apartment for me, so just knock on their door if you should need anything during your stay. We now offer a great new service, especially for our international guests, If you wish to purchase items on line (on line is tax free, saves you 9%) we will sign and accept your deliveries and hold them for you until you arrive. The neighborhood: Richmond/SeaCliff The Richmond/Seacliff neighborhood has world class recreation, You are within walking distance of 3 fantastic beaches, Ocean beach, China beach or Baker beach. Golden Gate Park is only 5 blocks from the apartment. You also have a municipal golf course, Lincoln Park Golf , it is a short 6 blocks from the apartment. The Richmond retains a neighborhood feel along its main shopping streets. You can find Mexican, Russian, French and Italian restaurants with ease, not to mention a plethora of establishments serving food from every corner of Asia. Like the Outer Richmond itself, Geary calms down considerably after 25th Avenue as it meanders off into the fog and ultimately ends at the Pacific Ocean. Sea Cliff is dominated by Spanish architecture homes perched on the cliffs east of Golden Gate Bridge. Certainly one of the most desirable and picturesque residential areas in the U.S. Success exudes itself from any of houses, stars and theatrical types such as Robin Williams, Sharon Stone, and Carol Hayes of Hayes Productions all have homes here. The Presidio Trust sits to its east with remains of the Land's End Park and the famous Sutro Baths of 1896 to the west. The California Palace of the Legion of Honor museum built in 1924 ( inspired by the Palais de la Legion in Paris), home of Rodin's The Thinker, and the public golf course of Lincoln Park all share the Sea Cliff address! Lincoln Park: Most people know Lincoln Park for two things: The Palace of the Legion of Honor and the golf course. Fewer know about the park's easy access to Land's End and a portion of the Coastal Trail that runs about six miles along the bluff above the sea, from Baker Beach to Ocean Beach. Walkers along this path will be treated with incredible views. Golden Gate Park: The California Academy of Sciences Its fantastic, you have to go. You simply must rent a boat in Stow Lake or explore the park by bike. Stow Lake Bike & Boat Rentals, 50 Stow Lake Dr. M.H. de Young Museum. You have all this right outside your front door and are only 15 minutes to downtown Union Square. Muni Bus system: If you intend to ride the cable cars, then it is cheaper to buy a bus pass, the fare on the 38 bus downtown is $2.00 and the cable cars are $5 so its better value to get a bus pass. The passes are for consecutive days. Passports may be purchased on the Muni website or at the Airport, SFO Information Booth (Baggage Claim area) For more information on Muni Passports, call Muni's Revenue Department. 1 day Passport $11 3 day Passport $18 7 day Passport $24 The cheapest way to get to the apartment from SFO is a door to door Super Shuttle, it costs $17 per person one way, if there are 3 or more people then a Taxi is cheaper, about $45. You do not really need a rental car, except if you wish to see the Wine Country, I would suggest that you rent a car the last 2 days of your vacation, there is a Hertz location a few blocks away, pick the car up at the local Hertz and drop it back to the Airport, that way you save on a shuttle to the airport.
