Near City life while quiet. DINNER: Cook in and save or enjoy many close by trendy restaurants in the Mission and Potrero Hill districts. STYLE: Mediterranean, contemporary, artistic, romantic. High ceilings, hardwood floor, French doors, granite and marble in kitchen and bathroom. Our home feels very homey. You will find a bathroom and kitchen filled with what you need for a short stay (from shampoo to oil and vinegar). The fridge is partially full and you will find whatever the previous guest left (milk, butter, etc…). We left photographs, books, DVDs. It is a home full of life. Not a neutral hotel feel. GENERAL: Our home is located on the 1st floor in a 2 unit remodeled Victorian house. It has a deck with view which looks out onto the garden. Newly remodeled, it is furnished and equipped to a high standard. You are fully independent from the other unit. DECK: Adjacent to master bedroom, with umbrella and patio furniture for four. GARDEN: It belongs to other unit and cannot be used. SALON/DINING ROOM: has sectional suede sofa, flat screen TV, cable, WiFi (Wireless Internet), International DVD player, Music system. The dining table sits six comfortably. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with granite countertops and modern appliances: a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, toaster oven, coffeemaker, pots & pans, dishes and cutlery. MASTER BEDROOM: with beautiful view, wide window opening on the deck, queen size bed, flat screen TV and entertainment system, Cable TV, international DVD player, music system, fluffy European pillows and down comforter, luxurious linens & towels, dresser and a nice closet. BATHROOM: Marble walls and floors, granite countertop, a soaking tub/shower with European tiles, towels and robes. OFFICE: Working space with printer and WiFi (Wireless Internet). Here are a few tips to help you have a better experience in San Francisco. Homeless: With the economic recession, you will see more and more homeless people in every part of San Francisco, even in the most prestigious areas such as Nob Hill or the financial district. So please be prepared to see many of them during your stay in San Francisco. Car broken windows: You have no reasons to experience any problem IF you do not let any apparent object in your car. No matter where you park your car in the city, even the most prestigious areas, do NOT let any apparent object inside (CDs, cell phone, GPS, etc…). Parking tickets: With the economic recessions, the city of san Francisco distributes parking tickets for any slight mistakes. Do read the parking sign and put money in the meter.
