Spacious back porch with plants and hummingbird feeder ideal for outdoor meals or just a cup of morning coffee. You’ll have the place all to yourself. Location: Middle of the Mission District (near Guerrero and 19th) 5 1/2 blocks from BART 2 1/2 blocks from major bus lines and Muni. 1 block from Dolores Park Surrounded by nightlife, coffee shops, restaurants, bookstores, taquerias, etc. Good stuff: • Quiet, especially for this location. Apartment is at back of a 2-unit building, so street and building noise is minimal. EDIT - The upstairs neighbors just had a a baby. The baby cries sometimes, but you can barely hear it in the bedroom. I occasionally sleep with earplugs and then can't hear it at all. • Full kitchen with gas stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, wine glasses, and pretty much everything else you could need. • Help yourself to sugar, flour, oil, etc. if you decide to cook.
