Separate living spaces allow individual down-time when families share accommodations together. Each of the downstairs bedrooms has a queen sized bed. n nThe large Circular living room and couch provides a great place for families to visit. The kitchen is very well equipped. Every living space has an ocean view. There is a separate dining room off the kitchen with a large table. Or, eat in the downstairs sunroom with ocean and beach surrounding and the view of the national park.

It's a one bedroom/one bath apartment but it's much more spacious than one might imagine, with the most incredible light streaming through the wall of windows that overlook the ocean. It's also very private, and PARKING is EASY. :) Perfect for surfers, hikers, and beach lovers, this place is blocks from a cafes, restaurants, and markets on Noriega and steps from the beach. It's a short bike ride on a dedicated bike path to Golden Gate park (and all the myriad museums such as the De Young Museum, the Academy of Sciences, etc) the Cliff House, 9 hole golf in Golden Gate park, Lake Merced Golf Course, the Beach Chalet, and the San Francisco Zoo (Two bikes provided.) This huge bedroom has new wool carpeting, and the main sun room is hardwood with real wool area rugs. It's attractively furnished, with new dinner and cookware. Appliances are serviceable. No cable and no TV make it a relaxing getaway from the ordinary! Wireless provided if you care to watch media on your laptop. This 7 unit building was built in 1913. It is my home and I would like to share it with you!

The Unit is situated on the 6th floor and offers spectacular unobstructed ocean views. The condo is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings and Silk Persian Rugs throughout. There is one private bedroom with a king size bed, and a combination couch/double bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes range, fridge, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher and table settings for four. The unit also has a washer/dryer, phone, cable TV and internet service. The unit-wide private balcony has patio furnishings where you can enjoy the beautiful oceanfront views while drinking your morning coffee or, in the evenings enjoy the spectacular sunsets while sipping on cocktails. Maid service is upon departure or, the maid service can be available as often as you would like for an additional charge. The telephone in the unit for local calls only however, with internet service in the unit you should be able to use a VOIP account if you have one. You should also check with you cell service provider as most major cell phone companies offer long distance services in Puerto Vallarta. ABOUT THE RESORT PortoFino is a gated community with full time security staff at the gate and throughout the grounds. The impressive entrance features waterfalls and tropical plants and the grounds are abound with beautifully manicured lawns and meticulously maintained tropical landscaping. The large pool area is surrounded by parasol tables and loungers for your comfort or, if you prefer sand under your feet you can just walk a few steps and take shade under one of the many palapas or cool off in the ocean. The pool area snack-bar offers reasonably priced food and drinks poolside, or you may request delivery to your unit. The Portofino Resort is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport and within walking distance of the lively 450-slip Marina Vallarta which includes an 18-hole golf course and a boardwalk comprising of numerous shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes, and restaurants. Bus and taxi services can be found just outside of the front gate. You can expect to pay approximately 7 pesos (70 cents) for a bus ride to town or 60 pesos ($6) for a taxi.
