The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. The property is located just above the dynamic Haight Ashbury and within three blocks of the vibrant Cole Valley commercial district. You can find public transport just out your door and Golden Gate Park is a five minute walk from the unit. The newly renovated property offers both comfort and sleek elegance. Upon entering the unit you will find the living room with a gas fireplace and a seating area. There is an entire wall of windows providing the space with great natural light. There is a Queen sized bed in an alcove. The kitchen features a bar style counter top with two stools and is fully stocked, including a dishwasher. The bathroom is large and fully tiled. There is a changing area in the bathroom. This unit is perfect for a couple or single person. We can also accommodate up to four people using the full sized sleeper couch in the living room. The property offers very easy access to other parts of the City by car or public transport. The Muni Metro is three blocks from the Suite. There is a market and cafe across the street. This unit requires a minimum 30 day occupancy. Smoking Policy All vacation rentals are non smoking, including decks, patios, and pool side locations. This is a great alternative to a hotel stay with your own private kitchen, private bathroom and internet access. We are 5 blocks from Union Square, close to the cable cars, Theatre District and other world famous tourist destinations. This is a furnished studio apartment with new hardwood floors, updated kitchen, updated bathroom and charming details throughout. It comes completely furnished with a full size bed, desk & chair, TV/DVD player etc. The kitchen has a gas stove, a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes etc. The rent includes all of the utilities, basic cable television and high speed internet through a cable modem. I've hand built the entire apartment, from the Moroccan tile in the Veranda, redwood rooftop deck and garden to the newly installed kitchen with antique Wedgwood gas stove center piece. The place is designed for comfort while cooking, eating and sharing over an amazing view of this wonderful city. The bedroom offers total privacy and the futon area has sliding cherry panel walls for semi privacy. People like to sleep on the deck and in the veranda as well. Six people have stayed at one time two in the main bedroom, two in the futon room and the others either near the TV, veranda, or the deck. Cozy and fun. Kitchen has a new refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher. Coin operated laundry available on premises. There are two queen sized sleeping accommodations, one new mattress and one futon. The mattress is in a private room and the futon is off the kitchen/eating area hidden by sliding cherry panels for visual privacy. Again, people enjoy sleeping on the new heavily padded carpet, veranda area and rooftop deck.
