Sleep Over Sauce is eight guest rooms above our award winning restaurant Sauce that can be rented individually or as a group. We offer a great little spot for your company or family to gather in San Francisco with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, a business center and an awesome common area for gathering or relaxing. Don’t waste any time looking for a front desk, there isn’t one, the bartender at Sauce has everything you need. This listing is for our standard room. These rooms all have private, attached bathrooms, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with over sized comforters, plush towels and bedding and cable tv. Located at 131/135 Gough Street, we are in the bustling Hayes Valley neighborhood, with excellent shopping and dining, as well as easy access to public transportation or a short walk to the Civic Center. The Opera, Ballet, Symphony, Asian Art Museum and City Hall are just a few blocks from our door. The Mission is a 5 minute walk and The Castro and The Haight are just a couple MUNI stops away, or if you prefer you can go straight down the tracks to the Ferry Building and Fisherman’s Warf. There is no better home base for exploring San Francisco and you might never even leave Hayes Valley! We have different rooms for different amounts, ranging from $125 for our smallest room to $230 for a double room suite or $1200 a night for all 9 rooms. Room Night Cancellations: Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Due to our small size, cancellations do affect us significantly. Once we reserve a room for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. Below, we have listed our cancellation refund/fee schedule. 14 Days Notice FULL REFUND 7 14 Days Notice $55 CANCELLATION FEE. Less than 7 Days Notice FORFEIT FULL DEPOSIT (one Night rental.) Less than 24 hrs notice or No Show FORFEIT FULL RESERVATION CHARGE We will attempt to rent the remainder of any stay cancelled, and will refund you if we are able to fill the dates. Services close by and Parking: There is a laundry mat across the street as well as a Live Fit gym just a block away with $10 daily membership plus all the shopping (including two small markets) in Hayes Valley. There is an ATM at the convienence store on the corner, as well as a Bank Of America about 2 blocks away. MUNI busses and Trains are a block in any direction and the Civic Center Bart stop is about a 10 minute walk (no hills) We do not have parking, but there are 4 lots close by. We are unaffiliated with the lots, who's charges range from $10 for 12 hours to $22 a day. The Parking garage on Grove and Gough offers an overnight special, no ins and outs from 9 pm 8 am for $5.00. The surface lots are located as follows: One is on Oak and Frankiln, one is on Hayes and Octavia, and there are two (on opposite corners) on Grove and Gough

Description:In the heart of Mission Dolores, a 1 Bedroom flat located in a beautiful building from early 1900's with a near 180 degree stunning view that overlooks Dolores Park, downtown in the distance and, to the West, majestic Corona Heights. Quiet, fully-furnished, light-filled apartment with amazing access to the city. Walk out the front door and you're in Dolores Park. Walk two blocks down the street to where some of SF's most famous eateries are located: Delfina restaurant, Tartine bakery and Bi Rite creamery, to name just a few. The apartment is a safe, neighbor-friendly spot. (Really: If you need a cup of sugar, you can ask any neighbor in the building!) 15 foot high ceilings make each room with hardwood floors grand. A front hallway, with plenty of closet space to hang your coats and leave your shoes, leads into a large living room, then a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, oven, cookware, utensils, tableware) and full bath. The shower has fantastic water pressure! Cable TV and Wi-Fi included. The apartment is a third floor walk up: please take this into consideration when booking. Transportation is just outside the door to take you anywhere you need to go. The J train is steps away and 16th Street BART is a few minutes walk through the newly renovated Mission neighborhood. Walk down 18th Street to Valencia Street and spend your day shopping, eating and drinking in all the SF hot spots. Laundry mat is one block away. Parking is quite easy on all blocks surrounding the apartment building. It is all 2-hour parking and street cleaning days are posted, as well. You can park up the hill (which is technically south of the apt.) about three blocks away and not have to move it every 2 hours. We require information before confirming booking. The 4500 square foot home, extensively remodeled in the summer of 2010, features 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths comfortably sleeping 12. The outdoor facilities include an immense travertine pool deck & outdoor kitchen, Bocce Ball courtyard and Wine Cave, tennis court, garden areas, terraced olive groves, 2 acre lake with sand beach, 6 acre vineyard and 12 acres of woods. A thrilling 100' water slide leads from the pool level to the water-trampoline in the lake. The result is a historic landmark building with six luxurious vacation rentals, rejuvenated with locally made brick and reappointed by craftsmen, while upscale interior and state-of-the art amenities have been added.
