Because of the main level open floor plan, you'll enjoy preparing sumptuous dinners while visiting with your loved ones, relaxing on the down couches and wicker chaise lounges. The upper level has three bedrooms and two full bathroom, one with a shower and the other a jetted tub. Pets are NOT allowed. NO Smoking allowed in this home on the decks or on the docks. Smoking in any of these areas is cause for loss of your security deposit!! The master bed is a Swedish made Duxianna bed that you'll wish you could take with you at the end of your stay. There is even a sitting area adjacent to the California king-size bed. Just around the corner is another sitting room and adjacent to another bedroom, great if you have a little one that needs to sleep near you but still separate. This home is about 3,400 sqft and three levels. It can easily accommodate 6 people and sleeps up to 10 people. This home is great for a family gathering including extended family. Description:This very colorful, comfortable, lovely house, located on the big mesa has unobstructed views, looking out at the Pacific and down the Coastline. It is a one of a kind location, on clear days you can see down the Coast past Pacifica. The house has five (5) bedrooms (one upstairs with a queen bed and spectacular views is accessed by a ladder and on the ground floor there are two additional queen rooms and two double rooms), two full baths, an indoor sauna and an outdoor hot tub in the front yard looking out at the view. Flowering garden also has a view side patio with fire-pit and there are tables and chairs that can be used for outside dining. Living room has a wood burning fireplace, colorful comfy couch, chaise and big chairs and lots of books (relaxed and very comfortable). There is a wood burning stove (can be used for heating) in the fully equipped kitchen (Gas range, Cuisinart, Blender, Dishwasher, Kitchen-Aid Mixer etc.) lending it a cozy feel. Kitchen is equipped for large groups. There is a dining area next to the kitchen that seats 10 -- larger groups can be set up in the family room. Family room has a piano and exercise trapezes! Music system is iPod ready. TV with DVD player but no cable gets some over the air HD reception. There is also WIFI. House has a laundry room, a charcoal Weber BBQ and a gas WeberQ BBQ. Vegetable garden and fruit trees in the yard can sometimes provide seasonal items for use by guests. Front porch has a comfy couch and a hammock for reading and watching the ocean. House has a short haired cat, Gabe, who will have to be fed and cared for. He is an indoor/outdoor cat and very friendly. No dogs unless they are VERY cool with cats. Aggressive dogs are not welcome. Guests who want to bring a dog(s) must have prior approval of the owner. For an extra fee the cat can be boarded if allergies are an issue.

Trail heads at your doorsteps, many beautiful places to hike around. No need to drive anywhere... The house is equipped with a 55 flat screen TV and a Blue ray DVD player. WI FI streaming for movies, Internet access. Perfect for nature lovers with a laid back life style that still like to stay connected. Relax after a day out in nature in our brand new Infra red Sauna with built in stereo system outside on the patio. Private Pilates, yoga and massage sessions also available on site. Description:Welcome to my home, a gorgeous, large, 2 BR / 1 Bath condo at the corner of Mission / Bernal and Noe Valley, one of the most vibrant and exciting parts of San Francisco. I'm traveling from April 1 to approximately May 15 and would like to sublet the master bedroom with parking to you. You'll have 1 house-mate who'll occupy the other room during your stay. Let me tell you about the place, starting with the location. - Stellar location, corner of Mission / Valencia. Need I say more? About a 99 on walkability. I think this might be the best place to be in SF, for veterans and new-comers alike. - All kinds of restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes. Opposite the Blue Plate / Mi Linda Peru. Next to The Front Porch, Ichi Sushi, Emmy's Spaghetti Shop, El Rio, The Knock Out, and some really good Asian food...oh and Los Panchos for pupusas so delicious. - 15 min walk to Bernal Hill, for arguably the best panoramic views of the city (see one of the photos) - About 4.5 blocks to BART and right on Muni line. Very easy to get to from SFO an all points North, South and East of the city. About the inside: - BIG (1085 sq ft) - 2 bedrooms / 1 bath - The master bedroom - your room - is furnished with a nice queen sized bed, a desk, and a big closet for you to use. - Flat screen tv with a surround sound entertainment center for your pleasure. (No cable but hooked up to Roku for all kinds of viewing / music possiblities) - SUNNY. Faces west. So much light in the common area that you don't need lighting during the day. - Floor to ceiling windows that provide views extending to Twin Peaks. - The common area is HUGE as you can see from the photo. - Upgraded bathroom - with an enclosed steam room. Yes, no kidding, there's a sauna in the house. - Upgraded big kitchen with lots of counter space, and a granite breakfast bar that overlooks the living area. New fridge, new gas range, dish washer etc. The kitchen will be fully stocked for you to cook delicious meals. - Hardwood floors throughout. - Enclosed Patio Amenities - Blazing fast WiFi - washer/dryer outside the front door. Shared with other units on the floor. Very convenient. - Indoor garage parking for your car, as well as for your bikes / scooter etc. - IStorage for other large misc such as kayaks, surfboards etc is a possibility too. - More storage space in the garage for your camping gear, suitcases etc. if you need. We have meters that are $.25/hr(except on game days) or $10/day lots. I'm in a great neighborhood, South of Market (SOMA), across from public transportation (Muni). Close to Caltrain. 20 min walk to Union Square. Very close to Moscone Center. Great views of the Bay Bridge. You can walk across the street and rent a bike. Walk along the Embarcadero or to AT&T Ball Park! This is a safe neighborhood with a a very dog friendly community. Walking distance to park, restaurants, bars, famous SF brewery, banks and more.
