Walls are filled with original artwork and collections from around the world. The LIVING ROOM is furnished with a large daybed, two lounge chairs, and ample lighting. Amenities include TV with cable service, D.V.D. player, VCR, and CD player. The DINING AREA has a table and four chairs. The fully equipped KITCHEN includes a full range (cooker), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, and blender. Cookware, dishes, glassware, silverware & cutlery, serving dishes, baking pans, spices, oil/vinegar and other basic necessities are all included. In the BEDROOM are two firm allergy free extra firm foam single size beds (which can be made separately or with a king size common top sheet/blanket combination) multiple changes of bed linens, blankets and towels, plus a dresser and ample closet space. There is a private, FULL BATHROOM with shower. The suite can accommodate up to four people. Private telephone line and Wi Fi (wireless) connection are available for your computer. Our own fax machine is also available for your use. We request that there be no smoking inside the Suite, but guests may smoke outside in the lovely garden. Washer and Dryer are available in the unit. This beautifully appointed apartment, with views, provide guests with a sophisticated eclectic setting. Any day of the week, the Upper Haight is filled with a potent mix of locals and tourists. Many shops are geared towards luring visitors with some kind of reflection of the neighborhood's storied past. The carnival-like energy and strong vintage atmosphere comes through everywhere, from the clothing shops to the ornate Victorian architecture. Less touristy and more low-key than the Upper Haight, this is an eclectic alternative to the Mission, very similar in style. The next level up has 3 bedrooms and a second bathroom off the hall. There are 2 queen beds and 1 full size. nThere is wireless internet which works throughout the house as well as a phone to make local calls. nThe top floor is a single room with windows on 3 sides, there is a 180 degree view looking west at the golden gate bridge and san francisco bay. This is the place to be, sitting quietly with friends, out on the deck, watching the sunset. This room also functions as the TV room, with surround sound, and DVD, VCR, etc. nRULES: nQUIET HOUR POLICY: QUIET HOURS are defined as hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends. No loud noises that could disturb the neighbors from quiet enjoyment of their homes are allowed during this time. Access to the decks is also not allowed during the quiet hours. nMAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 8 People. Standard Occupancy is 6 people. The cost is $20/night per person if amount of people staying there is between standard and maximum occupancy. Event pricing takes place once occupancy level is greater than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY at any given time. If more than MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY are in attendance at any given time, there will be an additional charge of $50.00 for each additional guest per day. nMinimum stay is 5 nights. Please ask for exceptions. Holidays may require higher minimum stay requirement and raised fees.
