Brother's Trip, Nathan and Matthew Hosley and Chef Ben Paula who own Sauce restaurant now operate the 9 room Inn upstairs as well. “Boutique Hotel” sounds a little frilly and we aren’t exactly a B&B, a hotel or a motel. Sleep Over Sauce is eight guest rooms above our award winning restaurant Sauce that can be rented individually or as a group. We offer a great little spot for your company or family to gather in San Francisco with comfortable beds, private bathrooms, a business center and an awesome common area for gathering or relaxing. Don’t waste any time looking for a front desk, there isn’t one, the bartender at Sauce has everything you need. This listing is for our standard room. These rooms all have private, attached bathrooms, the rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with over sized comforters, plush towels and bedding and cable tv. Located at 131/135 Gough Street, we are in the bustling Hayes Valley neighborhood, with excellent shopping and dining, as well as easy access to public transportation or a short walk to the Civic Center. The Opera, Ballet, Symphony, Asian Art Museum and City Hall are just a few blocks from our door. The Mission is a 5 minute walk and The Castro and The Haight are just a couple MUNI stops away, or if you prefer you can go straight down the tracks to the Ferry Building and Fisherman’s Warf. There is no better home base for exploring San Francisco and you might never even leave Hayes Valley! We have different rooms for different amounts, ranging from $125 for our smallest room to $230 for a double room suite or $1200 a night for all 9 rooms. Room Night Cancellations: Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Due to our small size, cancellations do affect us significantly. Once we reserve a room for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. Below, we have listed our cancellation refund/fee schedule. 14 Days Notice FULL REFUND 7 14 Days Notice $55 CANCELLATION FEE. Less than 7 Days Notice FORFEIT FULL DEPOSIT (one Night rental.) Less than 24 hrs notice or No Show FORFEIT FULL RESERVATION CHARGE We will attempt to rent the remainder of any stay cancelled, and will refund you if we are able to fill the dates. Services close by and Parking: There is a laundry mat across the street as well as a Live Fit gym just a block away with $10 daily membership plus all the shopping (including two small markets) in Hayes Valley. There is an ATM at the convienence store on the corner, as well as a Bank Of America about 2 blocks away. MUNI busses and Trains are a block in any direction and the Civic Center Bart stop is about a 10 minute walk (no hills) We do not have parking, but there are 4 lots close by. We are unaffiliated with the lots, who's charges range from $10 for 12 hours to $22 a day. The Parking garage on Grove and Gough offers an overnight special, no ins and outs from 9 pm 8 am for $5.00. The surface lots are located as follows: One is on Oak and Frankiln, one is on Hayes and Octavia, and there are two (on opposite corners) on Grove and Gough

They all take up the entire second floor of The Cooperage Inn, one block from Sonoma Plaza, shops, restaurants and tasting rooms. n nThe decor for the BARCELONA and all the suites is very original and comfortable withc2a0renaissance antique andc2a0mid-century modern furnishings, oriental rugs,c2a0chandeliers, ceiling fans, air conditioning, original art, mixed with modern conveniences (cable HBO,c2a0wifi for example). n n Exotic turn of century European charm mixes with the more elegant side of old west pioneer days. All suites have family antiques (from the California Silver rush called The Comstock Load).They have separate sitting rooms and private baths with double marble sinks. The Barcelona Suite and the MILANO SUITE both have fully equipped country kitchens while the BONNEMORT has a kitchenette in the sitting room. The MILANO and BONNEMORT Suites are commonly put together for parties of three to six. Even though there are kitchens, an elaborate continental breakfast is brought to your door each morning. n n THE BARCELONA SUITE: The 900 sq. ft. Barcelona suite feels a lot c2a0like traveling abroad. With it 's eclectic mix of decor, renaissance antiques, oriental rugs, Mid-century modern, original art, Gourmet country kitchen, along with 46 sony HD TV, cable HBO, and Wi-Fi, it adds up to a wonderful mix of style and modern convenience. The suite has a large living room/ dining nroom , 2 air conditioned bedrooms, one with king bed and the other with queen bed, country kitchen with all utensils, large bathroom with double marble sinks and a tub/shower. The suite is in the front second floor of the historic Cooperage building with private stairway, one block from the Sonoma plaza, and looks out over the city and Depot park across the street. Depot park has horseshoe pits, the largest petanque courts in the U.S., swings for children and the Sonoma bike path runs through it. Many of our guests rent bicycles delivered to the door and tour the city and close by wineries and shops and restaurants without ever getting back in their car. The room available is a quiet private room with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. This is in a very lively and convenient neighborhood, with many restaurants, cafes, banks, and shops. Golden Gate Park has much to offer the California Academy of Sciences, the DeYoung Museum of Fine Arts, botanical gardens, bike and boat rentals, and public tennis courts. Transportation is less than a block, which makes for easy access to downtown, the beach, and other parts of the city. There is also wireless internet service and a washer and dryer available. In addition, you are welcome to use the kitchen for light cooking. The rental is for up to two guests. Description:The Petite Noe Cottage offers everything you need for your stay in San Francisco at a very economical rate. The cottage is completely private and located in the heart of the Noe Valley district. Just minutes within walking distance of the exciting Mission District, this unit is designed for the couple or single guests who require less space. For less than the cost of a hotel room the cottage is quite generous. To maximize convenience the queen sized sofa bed can be folded away during the day thereby enlarging the area. There is a large flat screen television and a full kitchen in the same vicinity adjacent to the full sized bathroom. The cottage also has a private deck in the back yard with a very nice seating area. In addition to the yard, guests also have access to the buildings washer and dryer. Whether on business or vacation the Petite Noe Cottage offers all you need for less than $100 per night. Smoking Policy All vacation rentals are non smoking, including decks, patios, and pool side locations. Evidence of guests smoking may result in additional cleaning fees. Upon entering the unit you will find a gracious living room with a complete entertainment area and plasma television. The dining area is located next to the living room and boasts the same fantastic views of the San Francisco Bay and waterfront. The modern kitchen is fully equipped to service up to eight people. There is a very comfortable solarium that opens onto the large terrace. On the terrace you will find a gas grill and furniture to facilitate dining outside. Light pervades all of these public areas. The master bedroom is elegantly appointed and has a separate seating area. It includes a private and spacious bathroom with a view towards the South Bay. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be turned into a King. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom. The property can sleep four comfortably. Pet Policy Please contact us. Each vacation rental has an individual policy. Personal Conduct Policy To preserve the quality of atmosphere for our neighbors we ask the each guest exercise fair judgment and monitor their noise levels. Parties or social functions with multiple or loud guests may result in immediate eviction. Please observe our daily quiet time from 9PM 8AM. Damage Policy Any and all damage, item removal, or loss of value of any and all amenities, furnishings, or physical structure, will be the full responsibility of the credit card bearer. We reserve the right to reimburse any costs associated with repairs, replacements, or loss due to the negligent conduct of guests. This includes the misuse of items resulting in their repair or replacement. Please review the house guide for complete instructions of intended use. Add on Services Cancellation Policy Confirmed reservations cancelled 8 days or more, prior to arrival date, are subject to $100 processing fee. Confirmed reservations cancelled 7 days or less, prior to arrival date, are subject to full rental charge, unless the unit can be re rented. San Francisco Hotel Tax All rates are subject to a City Hotel Tax of 14%. This tax is NOT applied to reservations over 29 days. Cleaning Fees, Excessive Use There are NO additional charges associated with reservations that are 13 or less days. The cleaning fee has been applied to your nightly rate. Guests staying more than 14 days are subject to a $65 per week cleaning fee. This service includes fresh towels, linen, soaps, and papers.
