Description:The only major holiday villa for 16 people at the legendary Playa de Palma is just 200 meters from the beach in a quiet but privileged residential area in Palma de Mallorca. Many amenities such as a private pool, BBQ with outdoor kitchen and bar, a 300 mc2b2 sun terraces, promise to be a successful dream holiday, especially for families with children, clubs or community holidays. r n r nThis comfortable vacation home has seven double bedrooms, four bathrooms, 75 mc2b2 living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (Room No. 1 and 2) with a nice marble bathroom (comfortable Jacuzzi shower and toilet). Room no. 3 is also on the ground floor with a marble bathroom en suite (bath, shower, toilet and bidet). On the ground floor are the room no. 5 with a pool view and the spacious room no. 4, our - 'small granny flat ' with private bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). The largest of all the bedrooms is on first floor: Room no. 7 with fireplace, leather sofa, private bathroom (shower and toilet) and balcony. It has a king-size bed, a great view of the pool and of the small, romantic church in a park. The most popular place for children is bedroom no. 6 with a living room area and sofa bed, a safe and as all other rooms in the villa it has modern air-conditioning and free internet access. Our guests receive complete bedding with two towels per person per week. r n r nThe spectacular living room with an area of 75 mc2b2 in penthouse character with lots of windows and glass doors is very bright, it is divided into three areas: the open fireplace, the cozy TV corner and the dining room. The living room has plenty of seating furniture, sofa and leather sofas for 24 persons. Throughout the villa is laid parquet floor. At the end of the light-filled living room is a Balcony door which is leading directly down to the pool. For a free use you have a wireless Wi-Fi Internet access or a modem and unlimited phones in all European countries, using your own laptop. r n r nThe modern fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is completely and really well equipped, by two large refrigerators, freezer, crockery, glassware and household appliances such as 4-ring gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, contact grill, blender, juicer, kettle, Laundering. In the kitchen and in the living room there are dining areas for a total of 17 persons. The pantry offers plenty of storage space for groceries. r n r nThe outer areas of the villa are divided into the pool, baby pool, sun deck with 16 sun beds and hammock, BBQ grill house with bar and shaded terrace with parking for up to 4 cars, the outdoor shower and table tennis. The property is completely fenced and safe for children. From the property you are able to go directly through a small park as a shortcut to the beach. r n r nWith the fantastic location and infrastructure to reach the legendary beach of Playa as well as supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars, the most popular discotheques and night clubs within walking distance. The rent per day is 175-650 e282ac for the whole house, depending on the number of people and the season. Our house is very clean and comfortable. Description:Villa Bonaire is in a quiet area within walking distance of Mal Pas beach, the Cocodrilo marina and Victoria peninsular. All the rooms are light and airy and the villa is steam cleaned regularly. The master bedroom has air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This modern villa offers an exceptionally fine level of comfort, with each room opening onto a balcony or terrace. From the upstairs terraces you have fabulous views across the bay of Pollensa, looking toward Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains beyond, or the pine forests of Victoria.
