Description:One bedroom apartment fully furnished situated in a small complex with communal swimming pools. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people as it has 2 singled beds and 1 double sofa bed. The apartment is fully equipped with TV, DVD player, CD stereo music, washing machine, fridge freezer, oven and microwave as well as all the kitchen utilities, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils. The complex is situated in a nice quiet location but only 1km away from the busy town centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. It is linked by a promenade along the sea side which is a nice 20 minute walk. Alternatively there is a free courtesy bus running from opposite the complex. Within the apartment you will find a folder full of useful information to explore the island. The island has a lot to offer, you can visit the oceanarium at the harbour, catch a catamaran, go swimming with the dolphins, go windsurfing or scuba diving. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range just 10 minutes away by car, alternatively this is one of the stops if you catch the courtesy bus! There is also ten pin bowling, crazy golf, tennis, cycling, camel riding on the beach and quad bike hire. Alternatively, you can rent and explore the island at your own time and leisure.

In 1947 it was bought by the family of the actual owners who left the house unchanged thus preserving both the work of one of the first celebrated Florentine designers, and the simplicity and sporty atmosphere of the house. Five minutes walking distance from the village of Camaiore. Half an hour by car to Lucca, forty minutes to Pisa, one hour to Florence. Fifteen minutes away from the beaches of the 'Versilia' coast. One hour car drive to Porto Venere whon Shelley and Byron loved the most. Plenty of excursions to plan and organize. Excellent local food and good wine. A wonderful place to relax and sunbathe in !
