Description:Our condo is the nicest and best equipped on Kauai. Read the many wonderful comments left by our previous guests. This is not just a vacation rental, it is our private vacation home and it is equipped like a luxurious private residence, not like a typical vacation rental. No smokers please! If you smoke at all, even outside or on the lanai please do not contact us. Our condo is located at Kauai Beach Villas, a private oceanfront property shared with the Hilton Kauai Beach Hotel. It is surrounded by exotic lagoons with swan, geese, ducks, fountains and landscaped with magnificent native foliage. The 3-mile beach is one of Kauaiâs longest, with beautiful sunrises. Kauaiâs famous Wailua public golf course is next door. The Lihue airport is 5 minutes away. Facilities include tennis courts, a separate condo pool, whirlpool and BBQâs. Itâs central location lets you see all of the island easily. It is 30 minutes from Poipu and Princeville and 5 to 10 minutes from the Kauaiâs biggest towns of Lihue and Kapaa. They offer the widest variety of shopping, groceries, restaurants and entertainment. It has elegant solid red mahogany varnished doors, all new furniture, appliances, blinds, carpet, imported tile, full electronics and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The lanai has lovely cushioned rattan furniture. Two full entertainment centers with cable TV, high speed internet ($25), VCR, DVD and stereo, all remote controlled in the living room and bedroom. A spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new solid wood cabinets, granite counters and bar tops and 2 bar stools. We've even added a convenient condiment drawer for you. Your rental is also equipped with its own washer and dryer for your convenience. Laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, bathroom tissue and paper, cleaning supplies and trash bags are all included.
