The beautifully furnished house(s) are open and comfortable for family reunions or wedding groups. Furnishings include multiple TVs, VCRs, DVD players, a Baby Grand Piano, modern kitchen appliances, Barbeque Grill, and much more. The private, NEW large pool area is great for relaxing in the sun, outdoor entertaining, and is very popular with kids. There is also a Ping Pong table in the garage. Beach items such as beach chairs, mats, umbrellas, ice boxes, and more are available. The 4 bedroom/2 bath house next door, Chateau Relaxo II, is perfect for a additional group/family members. Daily maid service, cooking/catering, and other services can be arranged by request. Prior to making this property available for vacation rentals it was our full-time family residence and is, therefore, fully furnished.

All appliances, beds, linens, everything, is brand new. Just for you! The bed make up is a King in the Master, a Queen in the second bedroom and two twins in the third.
