Description:-----ESP---- La calidad del lugar es excelente, azulejos color marfíl, muebles de piel oscura y madera, aire acondicionado, TV por cable, pantallas planas de alta definición de 42 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD y una variada colección de películas y música, además también dentro del depa un refrigerador grande, un horno de microondas, estufa con horno grande de gas y una cafetera, tostador, máquina para helados, reproductor para ipod y más. Realmente es un lugar hermoso, seguro, tranquilo y privado, con un magnífico solarium y jacuzzi grande con deck de madera en la planta alta del edificio. El depa se ubica en un edificio de sólo seis departamentos, los vecinos son adultos todos tranquilos y algunos no viven aquí más que para las vacaciones. El depa está en un primer piso. Tiene cuarto de lavado, la sala con sofá cama, el comedor para seis personas Se rentan ambas habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño. La master tiene balcón y king size bed o dos individuales a elegir. La otra recámara tiene cama doble con TV para ver peliculas solamente. A/C en cada habitación. Tengo lavadora y secadora grande, una plancha con burro de planchar a su disposición. El edificio es nuevo y soy la primera en habitar el depa. Yo soy Chef, tranquila y responsable. ***Ubicación: Playa del Carmen es el lugar más hermoso y exclusivo en México, es un pueblo con el mar Caribe, nosotros estamos a sólo 10 minutos caminando de la orilla del mar. El barco a Cozumel está a 10 minutos caminando. Los camiones a Cancún y Tulum están a unas cuadras de aquí. ----- ENG ---- The quality of this place is excellent, pearl colored tiles, dark wood furniture, air conditioning, cable TV, 42-inch high definition flat screen, DVD player and a collection of movies and music. This apartment has a big refrigerator, microwave oven, stove with gas and oven, coffee maker, toaster, ice cream machine, ipod player and more. It’s a nice, safe, quiet and private place, with a magnificent solarium with big jacuzzi, wooden deck on the roof top of the building. The apt is located in a building of only six flats, all the neighbors are quiet and some do not live here or come only for the holidays. The apt is on the first floor. Has laundry room, living room with sofa bed, dining for six. It has 2 bedrooms: the master bedroom has balcony, king size bed or two single bed, half a closet, no TV in this bedroom. The other bedroom has a double bed, huge closet and TV, both with A/C ***Location: Playa del Carmen is the most beautiful and unique beach in Mexico, is a town on the Caribbean Sea, we are located just 10 minutes walk from the sea .The boat to Cozumel is a 10 minute walk. Bus to Cancun and Tulum are just a few blocks from here. The building is new and I am the first one to live here. I have a couple of mini schnauzer female dogs that are friendly and do not shed. They're cute. I am Chef, quiet and responsible.
