Description:Xaman ha 7208, is one of the most luxurious beach-front condominiums at Xaman-Ha and is our personal home when we are in Playa del Carmen. We have it furnished in an elegant Mexican style, but it has required necessities like TVs, telephone, washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet service, and has just had a major renovation with a new kitchen, central air conditioning and a new satellite cable system. We have central air conditioning and an ultra modern kitchen. 7208 has a very complete kitchen including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave oven, stove top burners, and a regular built in oven, In addition, the kitchen has granite counter tops and tile back splashes. Our unit is non-smoking. The condominium is accented with crafts from local artists that provide the perfect backdrop to beautiful ocean views and the lights of Cozumel that can be seen from the furnished deck. The condominium is located in the Xaman-Ha complex, within the quiet, sophisticated gated Playacar Development (35 miles south of Cancun) in Playa del Carmen and is within 200 yards of the town border of Playa del Carmen and the ferry pier to Cozumel . The beautiful white beaches of Playa del Carmen ( which they have finally rebuilt) stretch for miles and are perfect for private picnics, morning jogs, or just a slow evening stroll. When taking a break from all the available water sports - snorkeling, scuba, sailing etc., condominium residents can play a round of golf at the world class Robert Von Hagge designed golf course, relax at this Playa del Carmen country club or enjoy a massage at the Xaman-Ha Spa. n nThe unit sleeps 4 people. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with utilities, maid services and linens provided. Master suite has a king-sized bed, dressing area, and separate area with shower/tub and toilet. Second bedroom has twin beds which are not permanently affixed to the walls so they can be moved together. Additional center hall bath. Combination kitchen, dining, and living room. Outside balcony with lounge chair and additional table and 4 chairs. n nThe unit is on the top (second) floor in the center of the complex facing the ocean. The levels are ground, first and second. There are no elevators. There are only two units on our floor. The person next door owns the rest of the floor so in is extremely private. No one comes to the floor or passes by unless they are coming to see you or the person next door. The views are spectacular. It's quiet because no one is above you nor next to you. The unit also has cathedral ceilings so it seems twice as large as the other units. We keep it in first class condition by going down periodically and personally inspecting it. We have two fresh water pools and a lovely beach. The pools are interconnected and one-half of each pool is only 6 inches deep for small children. There is a large Palapa to sit under to stay out of the sun. The beach is sandy and goes down in depth very gradually. There are very few waves and the water is crystal clear and a bluish /green in color. We do not have dinning facilities to keep the residential feel of the complex but we do have a pool bar. The unit has bottled water. The unit contains all the towels and linens you need but additional beach towels are always welcome because they seem to disappear. Our unit is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, complete kitchen, telephone, cable TV , wireless internet service, etc. Playa del Carmen has many shops, world class restaurants and a pedestrian walkway-a great place to visit and sightsee but not necessarily stay. Dive and snorkeling boats leave from the various locations on the beach in Playa del Carmen. n nXaman-Ha is the best located beach front condominium complex in Playacar or Playa del Carmen.

High end furnishings include Bali inspired leather cushioned couch and loveseat, chairs, kitchen table, coffee table, entertainment center with a 50 inch Sony LCD HDTV, Blueray/DVD player, wireless internet, satellite television and stereo. The kitchen has high-end appliances made by GE profile and Bosch complete with everything you will need for cooking and preparing drinks or snacks including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, blender, silver wear, glasses cutlery, pans, pots, plates and bowls. Multiple beach clubs are just a short walk away. Mamitas and Kool are a 2 block walk on the beach. These beach clubs have their own pool and full service bar and restaurant. Service is also at your lounge chair on the beach. Rates start at $3 per day for a lounge chair, and $3 per day for a Palapa. We ask that you do not smoke in the condo but are welcome to on the balcony (with the windows shut please), rooftop or outside downstairs.
