Description:Casa Abajo is the bottom floor. The living area is spacious and bright with a dining table for up to 6 people. The full kitchen is to the right and has a small outdoor area to rinse dive gear or hang things to dry. In the living room there are large sliding glass doors which give you access to the back and front patios. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and roomy with its own separate air conditioning unit and a king size bed. There is also access to a private patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be joined to make a queen. The bathroom is beautiful and located off the main hall near both bedrooms. The breeze flows nicely through the whole house as the windows are large and allow lots of natural light. n n nCasa Arriba is located upstairs with direct and independant access from the main gate. The kitchen is on the right as you enter with a refrigerator and stove plus a full set of dishes and cooking supplies. Its spacious living room has sliding glass doors to access the street view patio. The master bedroom also has its own patio and its own air conditioning unit. It is beautifully decorated and has a king size bed and lots of closet space. Not sure why you would need so much closet space but thought I would mention it in case you wanted to move in permanently. Casa Arriba has third floor access to the loft where the Cable TV displays the American package of channels. There is also access from the loft to the larger outside patio. It is a great place to watch the sunset and have a drink after spending the day mostly salty and wet. n

Description:The suite I am renting here is gorgeous and huge, with a balcony that has a beautiful view of the canal and lagoon, It has a King Size bed (super King), and a leather sofa that transforms in to a queen size bed, The suite has a big walk in closet with plenty of storage space, a double vanity sink outside the bathroom, and a big private bathroom (ensuite), with a shower and a big Jacuzzi. The quality of the place is excellent, marble floors, beautiful leather and dark wood furniture, air conditioned, cable, wireless internet, 50” high definition flat screen TV, Haman Kardon surround sound, DVD player and an Xbox 360. It’s really a very beautiful, safe, quiet and private place, with a huge wonderful garden with a private pool, a small canal beach, a Zen deck and a lovely gazebo right in the canal. My home is a 3 story house in a horizontal condo of only 10 houses, most or the houses are empty, only rarely used during Christmas and summer school vacations, the few neighbors that live here in Cancun including us almost never use the pool or the garden, you will have those areas mostly to yourselves. I have a fully equipped Kitchen. Big fridge with Ice maker (from bottled water), double wall oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, and all the amenities you may need for cooking are at your disposal. The suite for rent is on the third floor, on the main floor is the kitchen, laundry room, service room, breakfast room, dining room one full bathroom, a bar and the main living room, (feel free to enjoy all the areas in the main floor), then on the second floor are two large bedrooms each with its own (ensuite) bathroom, with a cozy reading room outside. The rent includes a full breakfast (eggs, fruit, bread, quesadillas, juice, milk and coffee), a maid that can clean the room everyday if you want, and clean sheets and towels every third day. All the supplies you may expect to find in a hotel are included (like hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper, napkins, and tissues). We only drink bottled water, every week I buy lots of 5 gallon water bottles, we always have one bottle in a dispenser in the kitchen for lukewarm water ( for cooking an coffee), and we also connect these bottles to the fridge pump so the cool water and ice cubes are also from bottled water. I have tree private parking spots in the house if you want to park a car. I have a large washing machine, a large drying machine, a steam Iron machine and the regular iron an iron table for your convenience, also my living in maid can do the laundry and ironing for you for $8us a load if you prefer. We don’t smoke but we don’t mind if you do. Location: Cancun's hotel zone is the most exclusive and beautiful place in México, a single main boulevard with the sea on one side and the lagoon on the other side, with markers on each kilometer: we are on kilometer number 4, in the heart of the hotel zone but only 8 minutes away from downtown Cancun and the biggest local mall. supermarkets like Wall mart, Sam´s Club or Costco are 12 minutes away, is really super easy to get here either if you are driving or taking a cab or a Bus you won’t have a problem finding us. The Bus Stop is one minute away walking, the ferry to Isla Mujeres is just across the street. Cancun's hotel zone (Kukulcan Boulevard) is only 12 miles long and its full of restaurants, malls, discos and hotels, and no matter what area of the hotel zone you choose to stay you need transportation to get around but fortunately, transportation is easy 24 hours a day the buses run, you never wait more than a minute and costs under a dollar each time you board (half of the buses are air conditioned), taxis are everywhere and are very cheap also, and if you are a fitness fan we have a beautiful running/biking track that runs all along the boulevard.
