There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The condo is DSL accessible, has a large 42 HD TV and DVD player in the living room and a 32 HD in the bedroom. There is a library of DVDs, CDs and books for you to enjoy while relaxing in ocean front comfort. r n r nThe bedroom has an upgraded pillowtop king bed and plenty of closet and drawer space. Sofa bed has a gel memory foam mattress topper - very comfortable! r nGolf at The Links, the professional 18-hole, Par72 golf course. Enjoy fine dining at the Citron or an evening at fun at La Maria Sports bar where all the food offerings are 500 pesos each. r n r nLas Palomas is a resort of world class amenities, spa, boutique, fitness center, negative edge pools with spectacular views, waterslides, lazy river, pool bar and suite service. Description:Casa Papalote is the Kite House. It's a wonderful little one bedroom one bath house with a loft above the bed and bath rooms. You can even slide down a fire pole to get down from the loft fast if you prefer. The house is two homes off the beach or about 200 feet with a clean open beach access. There is a great spot to launch kites and the kite surfing in this area is great from some days in March through November and some days in December right through Christmas. We have off street parking on the North side of the house and heres the kicker It's a Solar Powered house No electric from utility companies in this house. The refrigerator, cook top and water heater are LP gas but the lighting and some outlets are all powered by the sun. That is a feature we really love. Sunsets here are unreal as are the black sky nights with stars that just jump out at your and make you fall into a starry bliss. It gets a bit to hot to stay in July and August but spring and fall are fantastic. Fall being my favorite with cool air and warm ocean water. The water starts to cool off just before christmas most years and warms up again in March. We like April to July and October to Christmas. The house is really laid back and cumphy with two couches and a 7' LoveSac (bean bag chair) The kitchen get new things every year. Cabinets, 4 burner cook top and maybe this year we will try out an oven or ? A small TV wtih DVD/VCR and a queen size bed make for a small cozy sleeping and a PL gas fireplace Heater for those extra cold nights in the winter. No AC but most of the windows have been replaced and have screens. Clean sandy beaches with almost the entire beach to yourself is not uncommon. If you are looking for an uncrowed place to vacation with quite stary nights, you have found it. Come see why this is called Playa Encanto ( Enchanted Beach)
