Description:This very comfortable and spacious villa 400 m is situated on the east coast at Poste Lafayette. In front of the villa there is a beautiful and quiet white sandy beach facing the lagoon and the deep blue sea. n nThe villa has four large comfortable air conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Up to eight adults can be accommodated. Three of the bedrooms face the large swimming pool and the garden at the back. The other room faces the sea. In addition there is a childrens room with bunk beds and a single bed with en- suite shower and ceiling fan. This room also faces the sea. Access to the pool can be secured by closing the lockable sliding doors between the childrens room and the pool. n nThe kitchen is well equipped with two refrigerators, microwave, gas oven, washing machine, dish washer, toaster, a coffee machine and a Weber Bar-B-Q. Roselle, a dedicated maid/cook, is in attendance from 9 am to 1 pm 6 days a week. She is assisted by another maid and if necessary in the evenings by her husband. They can prepare and serve the evening meals for a small extra fee. n nThe villa has an indoor as well as an outdoor dining area, and an open plan lounge leading to a terrace overlooking the sea. The lounge is equipped with a satellite TV, a DVD and a selection of English and French books. There is a safe in the main room. n nThe villa is also equipped with a stand-by generator. There is a car port for two vehicles. nThere is a bus stop 50 meters from the villa and taxis are easily available. nA gardener looks after the swimming pool and garden every morning. nShopping is available at a mini-market two km away or at Riviere du Rempart, 5 kms away where vegetables can also be bought. For more serious shopping one can go to Winners at Flacq, 15 minutes drive by car or Super U at Grand Bay, 35 minutes away. n nA French restaurant Auberges Inn is 10 minutes walk from the villa. n nThe two world class golf courses of Belle Mare are 15 minutes drive away from the villa (advanced booking necessary). n nWe will be pleased to organize your airport transfers and arrange your car hire.
