The exterior furnishes a covered tile patio and open hardwood pool deck, 25m infinity edge pool with swim up wet and dryl bar, sun loungers, two fire pits, outdoor dining area and extensive seating. n nThe front doors open on the foyer with guest bathroom followed by the large great room. The great room comprises of spacious living and dining areas including a stone open hearth and chimney all set under the beautiful exposed heavy timber trussed and framed colonial style wood shingled roof. n nThe kitchen boasts fully-fitted mahogany millworks and granite countertops with top of the line Bosch appliances. Appliances include two built in ovens and microwave, an island with combined stove, grill and hob, double side by side refrigerators ,wet and breakfast bar including wine cooler and rack plus additional refrigerator. n nThe master bedroom entrance is framed by two fitted walk-in closets and opens onto polished hardwood floors which spill onto the hardwood deck outdoors. The WC and shower are nestled separately on either side of the french doors leading to a private back garden. The Blue Room opens up onto the pool patio and pool bar. Description:The property is newly built in a complex where there is 24 hours security and a watchman at the gate.It is situated in the north of the paradise island of Mauritius and only 10 minutes from the beach. The place is very quiet and the area is well known for its scenery and fishing. You have all the amenities nearby: hairdresser, florist, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, hotels, bars, bus stops, football play ground, police station, mini market and church. It is a short ride by car or bus to Grand baie where there is the main tourists attractions and night life. The appartment can accomodates 8 persons as it is over 3 floors.On the ground floor there is the kitchen dinner and loungh where there is a sofa bed. On the first floor there is 2 bed rooms and a bathroom and toilet. On the 2nd floor there is an ensuite bedroom with a very spacious terrace. There is good ventilation throughout the house as it is designed with 3 windows and a patio door in the front and a back door. The charges is £30 /night for the first person and £15 for each extra 5 persons and remaining 2 is free of charge. Pick up from the airport can be arranged at a small charge. There is a chaufeur available at a reasonable price for you to see all the beautiful spots of the island. I will make my best to make your hollidays a very memorable one.

Description:the apartment is set in the tropical garden of our family home,a very short walk from the beautiful mon choisy beach and forest.we love living so close to the best beach in mauritius,near all amenities:shops,restaurants,bank,hotels,bus stops,yet it still feels like an unspoiled natural paradise. Its a short bus ride to grande baie,the islands main tourist town.Its great fun to hire a car,bicycle or scooter,which are all cheap to rent,then explore our beautiful island. Built in 2005,our apartment is set in a quiet road in its own very private garden with patio,living space/kitchen where there is a sofa bed,a double bedroom with aircon and bathroom.The apartment is completely secure.We built our house here because Mon Choisy is one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen!It is paradise to live here :)
