The cottage sits on the property of another family house however has a privacy hedges keep the house relatively secluded. The interior was renovated in 2006 and decorated in in a classic cottage style, with tiled floors, an open kitchen and an open floor plan living room. The master bedroom which is on the first floor has a large terrace with ocean views. It has another small bedroom with one single bed. There are two bathrooms with showers (no bath).
