The date on which Aurinkohuvilat receives the notification will be regarded as the date of cancellation. Should the client be able to prove that the cancellation was made and sent to the right address at the right time, a cancellation may be accepted despite late arrival or failure to arrive. In the case of a cancellation, the client will forfeit the deposit.
