Description:The chalet is located just outside Stadl village in an elevated position, near to Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe and Obertauern ski resorts and the pretty town of Murau. There are far reaching views of the stunning valley and surrounding mountains. The chalet has 3 bedrooms, Sauna, 2 bathrooms, boot room, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with dual access to terrace on both sides, large balcony first floor, car parking alongside chalet for 2 cars. Klagenfurt airport is 1.25 hours drive, Salzburg airport 1.5 hours drive, served by many airlines. Shops, restaurants and numerous activities for everyone are located in the village and nearby. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, cupboards and fitted wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and single bed, cupboards and fitted wardrobe. Lounge with pull out double bed in sofa for two smaller adults or children. Bathrooms: Downstairs bathroom with shower cubicle, sink vanity unit, WC, washing machine and drier. Upstairs bathroom with bath/shower over, sink vanity unit, WC and bidet. Under floor heating in both bathrooms. Kitchen: Fully equipped open plan kitchen with fridge (small freezer compartment within), oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave, circular coffee bar and 2 stools. Utility Room: The downstairs bathroom contains a washing machine and condenser dryer. Living Rooms: Open plan with enclosed gas fire and chimney, dining table and seating, coffee table, double sofa bed in large corner sofa, 2 easy chairs, TV stand with LCD TV, DVD/CD player, Bose ipod docking station and speaker, games, books. Other: Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe and hooks for coats and shoes. Boot room accessed from outside for ski storage, with boot warmer for 10 pairs of boots. Sauna. Lit terrace with gas bar-b-q and terrace/dining furniture. Balcony with loungers. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: Towels and linen included. Cleaning included and conducted at end of rental week on changeover day, can be arranged more frequently on request at an extra charge. We are more than happy to discuss accommodation at our chalet, the locality and activities and places of interest to visit. There is much information on this in the chalet. Unfortunately, we speak only English. A 1 euro per day tourist tax is charged per person aged 14 years and over in Austria. This is extra to rental prices advertised. Final balance payment will be required 6 weeks prior to the rental period with an additional deposit of 200 euros against loss/breakage, which will be refunded within 2 weeks at the end of your holiday and any loss/damage/extra cleaning deducted from this balance.

This park hosts a community fireplace, with wood provided. The lawn is ideal for croquet, and a bocce ball court is a popular attraction for all ages. A picnic table, grill, benches and chairs round out the amenities that make for an inviting gathering place for South Alder Park guests. nIf you 're looking for more active recreation, a one-minute stroll down the Elk Creek Beach Promenade will take you to Crescent Park, the site of Seabrook’s new indoor swimming pool. Crescent Park also hosts two community fire pits (with wood), horseshoes, shuffle board, a lawn for badminton, volleyball and other active sports, plus lots of fun park toys. nGuests love Ella Escape 's enclosed porch that fronts on the Elk Creek Beach Promenade and forest preserve. The space is furnished with a mission rocker and other period furniture that make for a nice transition between the indoors and outdoors. Board games, books and puzzles provide a variety of diversions when the weather turns a bit damp. Or, simply enjoy the view down the promenade and into the forest. nThose looking for more fresh air can move out into the large covered front porch facing South Alder Park, where cedar Adirondack table and chairs provide additional gathering space. When the sun comes out, head out back where you can spend some time lounging in rustic cedar furniture, perhaps enjoying a beverage or meal while listening to the ocean surf through the woods. nThe combined living/dining room provides a comfortable great room experience. It includes a 40 Sony HDTV and DVD, leather chair and queen sleeper sofa. The mango wood dining table, chairs and bench will comfortably seat seven guests. French doors open out into the enclosed porch to expand the experience. High speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. There is also an abundance of original artwork in the cottage. nUpstairs are two bedrooms furnished with art nouveau, arts and crafts, and art deco antiques. Each comes with its own full bathroom.
