Aviana is a private, gated community, situated among 46 acres of tropical landscape with many amenities. You will love the clubhouse for its zero-entry, heated pool and spa, surrounded by a large sun deck. The facility also offers a large gathering room and an exercise room. You can also pass the time in the cyber café. The clubhouse also features a playground for the kids and a sand volleyball court and putting green. nHome Away Villa is an ideal vacation home for a large family or for two families to share. With over 2250 sq’ of living space, and all on the same level, the home features two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the pool / spa area. One master bedroom has a luxurious Jacuzzi tub to help unwind after a long day as well as a large, stand-up shower and double vanity. Showers and tubs are available in each of the four bathrooms. One queen bedroom, there is one twin bedroom, The fifth bedroom has a full bed that could be used to accommodate adults or children alike. The home is centrally air-conditioned and has always been pet and smoke free. For your comfort, we have provided ceiling fans in every bedroom and in the living room. nLiving Room: The living room features a comfortable sofa and loveseat. There is also a reading nook with an occasional chair and table. Sit back and enjoy a television program on the 42” flat screen tv or gather the family for a movie on the DVD player. You can also listen to music on the stereo with CD player. For the families that enjoy video games, we have provided a Wii console for your use. Step out of the living room into the pool / spa area.
