Each of the bedrooms is also provided with brand new built in wardrobes providing shelves, drawers and hanging facilities. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and shower over, toilet, bidet and hand basin, the second shower room being provided with shower cubicle, toilet and basin. The kitchen includes washing machine, toaster, kettle, iron and combined fridge freezer. Cooking facilities include electric oven, ceramic hob and microwave. Both the bedrooms and the living/dining room benefit from air conditioning providing heating and cooling. The bathrooms, kitchen and hallway are provided with electric heaters for late season occupants. There is a reception at the entrance and snack bar/restaurant by the pool, both normally open 7 days per week. The property is around a 15-20 minute stroll to the Vilamoura Marina and beaches, or you could take the tourist train which passes by regularly in the summer. Both the Vilamoura and Quarteira beaches are fantastic with their lengthy promenades and beautiful golden sand. On one side of the marina entrance is the Falesia Beach extending for several miles westward, and on the other is the Marina beach which stretches eastward to meet with the Quarteira beach.
