The villa 's outdoor amenities include a lovely swimming pool [12m x 6m], shaded parking, and sitting/dining areas which seat up to 12 people, with views of the vineyard-covered hills. n nChapel [180 m2] Two floors. nGround floor: There is a sitting room with three sofas and an armchair. There is a kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. There is a dining area seating 8-10 people. There are two bedrooms with queen-size beds. The two bedrooms share one bathroom with bathtub. nFirst floor: There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one bedroom with two twin beds, both with air conditioning, and two bathrooms with shower. nCaminetto [160 m2] One floor. nThe Caminetto has a living room with three sofas and a fireplace.
