Description:I'm going to be out of town and my studio apartment is available for short term guests. It has a full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet, and kitchen area with stove top, microwave oven, and miniature refrigerator. General rule: just clean up after yourself please as this is my home! The studio can comfortably host 2 people, with an IKEA sofa that converts to a sleeper though it can sleep up to 4 people if needed. This place is accessible from Oakland Airport or San Francisco Airport by public transportation as it is 4 blocks from the Downtown Berkeley BART station. A BART ride to the heart of San Francisco Financial District takes less than 30 mins. It's also within 1-3 blocks of many bus stops. It is 3 blocks from the UC Berkeley campus. Go California! The house is available for long term rental year round and for shorter rentals during the course of the year. Dates are flexible.
