Description:I'm offering my furnished 1br apartment in the BEST part of pac heights for sublet for the next 7-45 days. It's in a beautiful, architecturally significant building at Jackson and Webster. A bunch of muni lines are within 1 block, you're 1 block to fillmore and a few blocks to union street. I will be away visiting my family in Fresno for a few weeks but available if anything should come up. The apartment was recently renovated last year, has wood floors, a large bedroom with comfortable queen size bed (with hygienic vinyl mattress cover unused by anyone previously). Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn furniture, a 50 HDTV and awesome hifi Dynaudio speakers. South facing windows fill an entire wall, so there is always plenty of natural light. The unit is on the first floor above the garage. The kitchen is well-appointed, with black granite and a variety of small appliances (ice cream maker! Yogurt maker! Waffle iron!) for you to use. Most of my stuff will remain in the apartment, including an interesting and varied library you're welcome to peruse. There is plenty of storage, so you'll have an entire closet available tor your use (and possibly more). Other awesome features! - Huge Lovesac comfy beanbag chair - ...and, a new, high quality Octane Elliptical Trainer, right by the window! Yes, you've got your own elliptical machine right in the apartment. It's great, it's a club-quality machine. - Ionic air filter - Desk with printer and monitor you're free to plug in to. Utilities $150 /month pro rated and cleaning fee $100 additional. Deposit of $1000. I reserve the right to visit the apartment while you're occupying it (with agreed upon advance notice of course) if I need to get any of my stuff out. Please email me with any questions! This is WAY better than those horrible Trinity Apartment short term units in the area -- trust me, I've had to stay in one of those before and they're a rip off, nasty, and depressing.

Description:Hello, I have a private 2 bedroom apartment for rent in the Sunny Mission District. I also rent just the master bedroom or a private 1 bedroom apartment which you can see by clicking on my picture and scrolling down that page. The apartment has one master bedroom, a second bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, the big outdoor patio, and a huge roof deck which has gorgeous views day or night. The living room has a LCD projector and a large 6' x 6' movie screen which rolls down and back up when not in use. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences including crushed marble countertops, dishwasher, gas stove, disposal, juicer, and even a cute built-in wine rack. It has everything one might need to bake or make a gourmet meal. The bath is finished in marble, has a pedestal sink, a deluge showerhead, and a marble bench in the shower in case you feel like a steam bath. The master bedroom is big and has a queen size bed, plenty of storage in the closet, bookcase, bureau, and bedside tables. It has a big sliding glass door that opens onto a 15ft x 20ft garden patio with BBQ and fire-pit. The second bedroom has a large window which faces a small green area, queen size bed, and a custom-made mini armoire/closet that locks for security. The apartment is about a 5 minute drive from either the 101 or 280 freeway and a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, a hardware store, fruit market, post office, UPS, CPMC/St. Luke's Hospital, museums, galleries, places for kids, all kinds of restaurants, a swimming pool, banks, clubs, underground places, a movie theater, fun dives, bookstores, parks, clothing stores, thrift shops, and the library. In other words, everything is very close and convenient. MUNI / Public transportation is half a block away on Mission Street or Valencia, BART is 5 blocks away, and the J Church street car is 2 blocks away. Downtown can be reached in about 20-25 minutes by public transportation. If you park west of my apartment you only have to move your car once a week for street cleaning the rest is 2 hour parking or metered. There is also a big roof deck for everyone to use with BBQ, weights, a weight bench, and of course, incredible views. I'm about a 30 minute walk to San Francisco General Hospital or a 10 minute bike ride and UCSF has free shuttles that go to all their other sites. That is the closest shuttle pickup just in case you're coming to SF for a fellowship or internship. 's closest shuttle pickup is only three blocks away in case you're here to work there either for an internship or permanently, or if you want to use that service to get down the peninsula, (for example, I believe they have a stop at Stanford/Palo Alto). I have 2 cats who are very friendly and playful but if you're allergic this probably isn't the place for you. Please email me with any questions you may have and I'll gladly answer them.
