This 2nd bedroom can only be accessed by walking through either of the other 2 bedrooms. Ajoined to this room is the 3rd bedroom has a king bed (with the option of making into 2 twins instead). Downstairs, nestled at the back of the 2 car garage, there is a private 4th bedroom with a queen sofa bed, television, full bathroom and doors that lead out to the home’s private large backyard! nBATHROOMS nThere is a split bathroom on the main level hallway-a shower,tub & sink in one room and the separate toilet is the next door off of the hallway. Downstairs, there is an additional 2nd full bathroom by the other bedroom past the garage. nKITCHEN nFully stocked kitchen with all the cooking supplies you could ever need to cook a special meal for your special someone. Set in a northern view orientation that looks directly out onto the Richardson Bay wild life sanctuary. The water fowl teems with coots, commorants, egrets, heron, and the like. You'll likely also see bat rays gliding under the water's surface and every now and again leopard sharks.
