Description:This is a three bedroom house, with a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and patio. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, private entrance, AC, ceiling fan, and TV. You can rent the whole house, which accommodates 6 people comfortably, or rent out a portion of the house for a reduced rate. There is secure storage for a scooter or bicycle, and there is a parking spot in front of the house. Towels, linens, and purified water are provided. Weekly or daily maid service can be provided at request for a small fee. The house is close to the airport on the north end of town. It's about 1 kilometer from the beach and center of town, located on a quiet residential block. You can easily catch a taxi from the main street, which is a few houses down the block. Please note that while the house does not have Internet, there are a number of cafes in town that are cheap to use. NIGHTLY RATES DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ROOMS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT: - Entire house with three beds, four baths, kitchen, living room, and patio $150/night. - Detached room #1 with queen size bed, bath, and patio access (no kitchen or living room access) $50/night. - Detached room #2 with two double beds, bath, and patio access (no kitchen or living room access) $50/night. - Main house room #3 with two double beds, two baths, kitchen, and living room $100/night.
