Description:This is a beautiful Florida style home on the nicest lot in the Dunes, a quiet country club community located conveniently near the causeway for easy access on and off the island. We have extensive lake frontage facing west over conservation land to spectacular sunsets and fascinating wildlife. Egrets, herons, and woodstorks are frequent guests on our lawn, osprey and an occasional bald eagle soar overhead, and fish jump in the lake. Beaches are a short bike ride away. r n r nMulti-car or boat parking occupies the ground level, where we also have multi-speed bikes available to guests. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, covered decks on both sides, and a large great room with dining area, wet bar, and home entertainment center. It opens onto a very large west facing lanai with additional dining area that overlooks the pool, with the lake and the nature preserve beyond. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, dishwasher, disposal, ceramic top stove, microwave, blender, bread maker, food processor, coffeemaker, service for 10, corian counters, pantry closet, and every kind of utensil imaginable. There is a dining alcove seating four in the kitchen which overlooks the lake. The sink has an additional water filter installed. A spacious laundry room with washer, dryer, utility sink, and additional storage is on the first floor. r n r nThe second floor contains the private, spacious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, large screen TV with CD/DVD player, and a huge bathroom with separate shower and two-person jacuzzi hot tub. A large private balcony overlooks the lake and pool. r n r nThe yard is well-landscaped with citrus in season. The pool is heated with a new pool deck and an outdoor shower. There is additional poolside furniture and a large 3 burner gas grill. r n r nThis is a lived-in private home that is fully furnished and equipped in a very well-maintained community on a quiet 3 mile long loop road. The country club clubhouse, with an excellent 18 hole challenging course and complete practice facility as well as 8 Har-Tru tennis courts is just around the corner. Tee times, court times, clinics, and private instruction are readily available. The location is special with decks and screened lanai which overlook a large backyard and heated pool leading down to a lake teeming with fish and bird life and beyond that a nature preserve. This light, bright and spacious 2-storey house, featuring four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living areas , 2800 sq feet under air with an oversize 28 'x14 ' heated swimming pool overlooking a lake feels like home the minute you walk through the door. Double entrance doors take you into the formal living and dining area with it 's full height cathederal ceiling with a blacony looking down from above. Leading off from here is the large fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Everything is provided for you. We have a cooker with high speed halogen hob, microwave,dishwasher,waste disposal unit,fridge-freezer with ice-maker and filtered water supply,coffee maker and toaster. There is another table in the kitchen with seating for four, ideal for breakfast overlooking the pool. There is also counter seating at the breakfast bar. The family room leads of from the kitchen. Here you can relax in front of the T.V with multi-channel cable, DVD and Hi-Fi. Patio doors from both the family room and kitchen lead out onto the large lanai with the heated swimming pool ,table and plenty of chairs to relax in. Our oversize pool measures 28 'x14 ' and looks out onto the lake. Luscious planting both enhances the views and gives complete privacy. What better than relaxing in the evening with a cool drink watching the sunset as the ducks paddle by. Completing the downstairs is a Guest suite, with Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Very luxurious and clean, the owners are great, they care about all your needs, you are definatelly not just another number there. The house and the location has so much to offer. There is lots of games, toys (for the kids), pool table, everybody had something to do in the evening. The pool was warm and very big. It is a very big and comfortable house. We just felt like in a multi-million-dollar mansion. It is a big property surrounded by palms, we did not feel at all like in those neighbourhoods where the homes are on top of eachother. We also rented the boat with the house, we had a blast. I am very happy with that rental, we definatelly spend our money well and we will try to stay there again. had good time, great house, new, big bedroom, lots of room for everybody, big garden, enjoyed the new boat
