While a minimum stay of seven days is required, the views and ease of lifestyle here are easy to get used to. From the sixth floor you’re absolutely spoiled with views that last for miles. Past guests love - and highly recommend - this unit not just for its sight-lines but pleasing decoration and its comfy beds! These features, plus tile floors, make a comfortable, eclectic ambiance. You won’t want to leave. A totally stocked kitchen makes for a totally convenient stay. It’s all here and ready to use for quick snacks or indulgent feasts: a full-size refrigerator w/ ice maker, drinking glasses for cocktails, a microwave for popcorn and a coffee maker to better enjoy those early morning dates with the sunrise. Six guests will happily vacation here without ever feeling in each others’ way. There are two bedrooms, two baths and a double sleeper sofa. Each room gets its own large closet, dresser, cable TV, cooling ceiling fan and bathroom. The master bedroom is particularly special, with en-suite access, a walk-in shower and his/hers vanities. To ease time away from home (or to learn more about the dolphins you might spot offshore), this unit includes free wireless Internet. Use your iPhone on the ocean-front balcony! When you’re ready to go in the morning, there are two elevators to get you downstairs quickly. A choice of two pools and beach access create food for thought, but the tennis, shuffleboard and volleyball courts might equally vie for your attention. Tough times! Nearby, there’s access to extensive biking trails and running routes. Teach your kids to fish along a picturesque dock, or find a quiet spot along the inter-coastal. We also manage Surf Club 1506 just one floor down. Perfect for families traveling together. Surf Club I is a gated community with first class resort amenities including 2 pools (1 heated), tennis courts,shuffleboard, volleyball, bike/nature trails, clubhouse with library, fishing dock, covered parking and 24 hour security. Ample underground parking. Two elevators. Quiet beach. Both surf fishing and nearby intercoastal waterway fishing. Numerous nearby golf courses. Besides relaxing next to the pool or on the private beach, there are plenty of activities to participate in near the condo. During certain times you can watch the shuttle launch from Kennedy Space Center, about an hour away. Just 30 min away, head north on A1A to St. Augustine, our nation's oldest continuously occupied city with limitless options of restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. Also available are Kayaking, catamarans, and wind surfing at Anastasia Park, just a short 20 minute drive. Or lastly, you can swim with dolphins and take a tour of the many sea animals available at Marineland, just one mile away! Note: The beach at Surf Club has unique coral formation along the beach that looks like rocks - especially at high tide. Public beaches are nearby with wider sand.

It’s so restful to come out here after a busy day on the links or sightseeing in St. Augustine and relax with a glass of wine, your smartphone (you have free wireless Internet at our condo), or a dear friend. Birds soar by, the breeze is tinged with salt, and the air is always tropical-balmy. Heaven! Step inside from the balcony and you find yourself in a large, gracious living area, complete with a sofa sleeper, entertainment center with big cable TV, ultra-comfy easy chairs, and a desk with an ocean view. One entire wall of this room is sliding-glass doors, so you can see the links and the sea as you relax in front of your favorite show. The coffered ceiling gives height to the room, and the cool air conditioning makes the temperature perfect in any season. Just beyond the living area is the dining room, with a direct view through the front of the condo to the ocean and golf course. (No running to Wal-mart for a corkscrew!) So whether you’re turning those freshly-caught fish into a fine French entrée or simply using the microwave to reheat the leftovers from Palm Coast’s great restaurants, you’ll find the kitchen convenient and well appointed. The living and dining areas at Hammock Beach Resort 515 are open-plan to maximize the great views, but the 3 bedrooms are each wonderfully private, with access to views of their own. There are not 1 but 2 master suites in this condo, solving the problem of which couple gets the “good” room once and for all! The third bedroom is no slouch either, and the lucky pair who gets to sleep on the convertible sofa in the living room may have the best view of all, with the sunrise unfolding before their eyes each morning! The first master suite offers a king-sized bed, large TV with DVD player, reading chairs, and private balcony access. This is a big room, well furnished and so luxurious! The en-suite bath is luxe as well, offering a garden tub for soaking, a walk-in shower, his-and-her vanities, and granite countertops to complement the tiled floors. Stunning! The second master suite also contains a king-sized bed, large TV, and private balcony access, plus an uber-comfortable reading chair you will adore. The en-suite bath offers both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. These two suites are larger than most hotel rooms, and so nicely furnished! The third bedroom is spacious as well, featuring a queen-sized bed, huge window, and plush reading chair. It is convenient to the third full bath. All linens and towels are waiting for you here – enough for every bed and bath (including the sofa sleeper!), plus spares. And our washer and dryer are at your disposal, so you can pack light! For guests staying 6 months, as pleasant as our condo is, its best feature is undoubtedly its location. Hammock Beach is a full-amenity resort featuring a giant water park with a spiral slide and lazy river, a fitness center, an indoor lap pool and sauna as well as a beachfront pool, and so much more!
